I was having issues with the electronic handles on my Nissan Murano, both the driver's side door and the back door. Antonio was able to fix both for a fair price. He was able to secure the back handle and get it operational without replacing it, which saved me money. The second job he did for me was replacing a radiator. He gave me the option of using an aftermarket radiator, which I was okay with due to the high mileage on the vehicle, which cut the price way down. It appears to me this guy is a skilled mechanic with fair middle-of-the-road prices. I will use him again.

I have used Riverside Garage for a few things and they have always been fair and honest with me. Most recently I thought I needed new brake pads on my Rav-4, so I dropped it off for the guys to check out. They easily could have told me I needed new pads and sold them to me, I wouldn't know the difference, as I am not a "car person". They told me I still have a ways to go before I need new pads. I really appreciate their honesty. Then they found a nail that had been in my back tire and removed it and plugged it for a very reasonable price! Our experience has been similar to those mentioned in other reviews: these folks are very friendly and helpful, they've gone out of their way to accommodate our needs, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. But more importantly, our experience is that these folks work very hard to do what is best for us - providing exactly the services and parts we need at a fair and reasonable price. We all remember the mantra "if you build it, they will come" from the movie "Field of Dreams." I was hoping for same day but, it didn't work out. Busy place and they told me ahead of time that they would try to but no guarantees. Picked up next day after work. I appreciated the updates and photos they sent me via Instagram as well as their up front pricing estimates. They also told me I was wrong about where I wanted my ride height with zero hesitation or people pleasing attitude, that was refreshing and showed they cared about the safety and longevity of the car and not just me wanting it slammed lol. There was a slight hiccup after driving it a couple weeks, my passenger rear shock adjustment ring came loose. They very quickly got me setup with an appointment to correct it at no cost. Yea, it took some of my time but, that's what happens when you start modding. Shop is clean, obviously not spotless but clean. All techs and front staff are very friendly and professional as well. I'm very happy with the service here and will definitely be back for anything I'm not capable of doing myself or need more technical help to dial in.
