I stopped by this Walgreens today around 1:30 p.m. and asked the blonde assistant manager (or…read moremanager) about a product that's been out of stock for about a month and a half. When I tried to get some help, she seemed annoyed and then ignored me, even though she went on to help other customers. Hopefully, management can work on improving how customers are treated when they ask for help.

Finally hung up after I do every time when I call. The only way to talk to someone is to drive down there in person. Very ridiculous! Bangor has the worst Walgreens I've ever seen in my life. I have not been hung up at the Union Street location but after holding for 15 or 20 minutes at the Broadway location the staff just picks up the phone and hangs it right back up without saying hello. Happened at least five times in the past. It's awful.

I was walking through the store with my 6 year old daughter when he approached us, startling us from behind asking if we needed anything. As we were walking around different isles of the store he was seemingly stalking us. Moving around and behind the isles we were going through. Still looking at my daughter. She's 6 and even she knew that something was wrong. Never going back, as long as he's still running the place.
