Claimed she as looking for toilet paper (a person in line said she had gone out to smoke). She then refused service to a gentleman who had an expired id, with the temporary one along side of it. She claimed there was no expiration date on it, it was in the back which he clearly showed to her and to a police officer who was in line as well. The office said there was nothing he could do and it was her call. It is even more frustrating when he offered to show his VA Disabled Veterans card which is a would verify his DOB (to mention the man was clearly in his 40s) she said she didn't care she had already declined the sale, further embarrassing the customer.

I went back in the store to address it to the cashier (who was clearly blazed off some weed as his eyes were completely bloodshot red and glossier then a donut) and he told me "I'm not sure if our system is messed up or what but idk if we received youre funds" big apple clearly received my funds as I immediately pulled up the bank statement on my phone and showed him, he still didn't seem to care and told me I was "causing a scene amd not helping the case any" I was nothing but polite and cordial with him he was just buckling under the pressure and making excuses rather then correct the issue immediately. he told me to leave big apple (without the gas I just paid for) and to "come back tomorrow at 8am" and ask the maneger for my $10 returned or $10 worth of fuel...(mind you I pulled into this store because my gas light was on) so to sum it up I just had my money stolen from me and was treated very poorly on top of it. being a contributing member of society/business owner i do not tolerate this kind of treatment and EXPECT the manager make this right tomorrow at 8am. I'm guilty of nothing but paying for gas and not getting the gas I paid for.

The car wash accepts credit cards at the entrance or you can pay at the gas pump. It was a pretty good wash. The vacuum only accepts quarters and the last time I was there, one was not working. There is a store inside which sells all gas station staples and the girl behind the counter (the day I was there) was super friendly. There is also a man at the carwash who is nice to talk to while you wait for a wash. He even took the risk of walking into the carwash to finish the conversation (and barely left before the water came pouring into my car!). ... I'm not really sure he actually works there, now that I think about it. Do I have a stalker?!

Angela needs to be fired. No question, she is absolutely unprofessional, rude and ridiculously off…read moreputting. She is blatantly racist, uneducated and rude to all of the clientele. My roommate and I are dedicated customers, we don't even live in brewer but we make the trip to this particular location because the attendants have always been friendly, lovely and helpful. Especially miss Amy. Since they have hired Angela, she has blatantly discriminated against a black man trying to buy a tobacco product because he had an out of state ID. We witnessed it and proceeded to stand up for him, in which she screamed she would call the cops. Just now, I attempted to buy alcohol at 12:56AM, as the Maine state law states that alcohol is only allowed to be sold until 1 AM, and Angela proceeded to scream at me that her register says it was after 1 and that if I didn't leave she would call the cops. My cell phone, HER cell phone and likely every other clock in the world says the time was before 1. But she seems to relish in upsetting her customers, and screamed at/threatened to call the cops on me because I wanted to buy some booze before the LEGAL cut off time. If I had known her register was WRONG and that she would be so unbelievably rude to me, I would've taken my business elsewhere. That woman is miserable and I feel terrible that her life is so hard that she has to treat others this way. If it weren't for Amy, who is professional, kind and actually decent at her job, I would discontinue shopping here. Y'all should give Amy a raise because she is the only reason Angela hasn't totally tanked your business.
