Unbelievable! It is not the first time we have received that type of treatment here. Employees seeing examples of discriminatory practices by the management sets the rhythm for everyone else. After this much time we will shop elsewhere. Enough is enough and there are too many other valid stores with employees that understand customers pay their bills and keep their stores going. They are not doing us a favor. A great example of why Maine economy suffers and no one moves here.

When I tried to get some help, she seemed annoyed and then ignored me, even though she went on to help other customers. I usually appreciate when employees take time to assist customers, but this experience felt dismissive and disappointing. Finally hung up after I do every time when I call. The only way to talk to someone is to drive down there in person. Very ridiculous! Bangor has the worst Walgreens I've ever seen in my life. I have not been hung up at the Union Street location but after holding for 15 or 20 minutes at the Broadway location the staff just picks up the phone and hangs it right back up without saying hello.
