Their clothes are not cheap, and here you walk in and get Wal*Mart service. This person--unlike Johnny--is too young to understand what real customer service is; that you don't give the customer anything but your undivided attention. I should have walked out, but I did not. Next time I'll call ahead and see if Johnny is there. He understands this.
