After having such a nice experience of Customer Service a few months back with Johnny, today was a total different ball game. The person who waited on me seemed more interested in his computer than making a sale. This is Augusta--which is not high-end enough to support a Brooks Brothers. So, JB is the best we have. Their clothes are not cheap, and here you walk in and get Wal*Mart service. This person--unlike Johnny--is too young to understand what real customer service is; that you don't give the customer anything but your undivided attention. I should have walked out, but I did not. Next time I'll call ahead and see if Johnny is there. He understands this. read more

Inexperienced sales people and you will wait and wait. They will set and alteration by eyeing and not measuring. They also lost my suit twice and forgot to order the pants. Go up one level to Gentry or to Macy's. Oh, they can't figure out how to give a refund and don't have a record of my paying for the alteration Thanks for the robot response btw. read more

I took my son there to get shirts and it was the worst experience I have ever had shopping. We were treated like we were a nuisance to them. But other customers were treated totally different while we were there. We actually bought clothes unlike the others but we were the ones treated terribly. After years of going to Menswarehouse, I now regret it. As soon as I walked in the door Chantel was there to greet me and take care of my wedding preparations. I am no fashion expert, but Chantel was and she guided me in my decisions. (Way better than the cigarette smelling dandruff having menswarehouse employees.) My favorite part of the store is the selection of leather jackets, socks, ties, and bags. It shows they are masters of all things formal fashion. I did have an error in the color of one of my suits I ordered, but they treated me so nice and fairly at the end I was almost the one apologizing. The manager Mr. Jackson is a true down to earth guy. He handled the error wIth professionalism and class. I would definitely recommend Joseph a bank and will be coming back. read more

Worst Jos A Bank experience I've ever had. And the quality of the shirts I got were horrible. Brand new shirts got holes in them after the first wash. This place is your average JAB store tucked in the Surrey Center. Honestly if you've been to one, you've been to them all. I didn't find the sales staff at all abrasive as the previous reviewer had, and I walked in the door in gym shorts and a t shirt. Of course, I usually know what I want and can chase off rude sales people with my RBF. At any rate, I picked up two polos on sale. Decent price. I really prefer the clean design and lack of logos on the JAB sportswear stuff. Plus, it's way cheaper than black label and there's no Brooks Brothers around here. Just be smart about their pricing and don't ever buy anything here at full retail. The value is prob fair when they have their two for one or three for one sales going on. Suiting is above Menswearhouse and their off the rack designer stuff. The shoes they sell here look to be J Abboud, for what it's worth. Overall, a clean and organized store with average service (with the caveat that retail service across America has dropped in the last several years) and the usual JAB wares and gimmicky price structure. I'll come back if I need formalwear or if I there's a sale to pick up some staples (they actually have a good assortment of self-tie bowties!). Otherwise, my impression is somewhat unremarkable. Make sure you look the way they want you to before asking for help. Was in my $85 jeans and a regular ole t shirt and it was evident the guy didn't want anything to do with me.. wanted a vest. They advertise on the radio all the time they have suit separates.. sales guy oh no we don't sell that. ..really... well here they are over here. .guy then tries to shame me by giving me a large when i need a xxl. In a loud voice "We don't sell your size, you need to go to the big and tall shop across the mall, they are much cheaper there as well." Really.. they sell all that stuff online and oh gee I have bought stuff that fits me just fine from here.. havr been a good customer but i won't spend another dime here read more

Arnell has an exceptional eye for fashion & went above & beyond in assisting me with the coordination of my suits, shirts & ties that I purchased there.
