Still refusing to refund us, she didn't even offer to help FIX the issues with the dress. The response was all sales final. Go to David's Bridal, you'd get better service and prices. I had to make 2 additional trips because each time, the owner told me she would try again, but the clothes had no discernable change. She was not apologetic and tried to charge me full price. When I brought up the fact that none of the items I gave her were actually any different after she "washed" them, she started yelling at me in front of another customer. I'm serious, she was yelling and screaming at me as I walked out of the store. Save money and time and go elsewhere.
