Even tried Dillards a few days before and the service there was absolutely awful... No one wanted to assist unless i was purchasing a Suit from them... Well, I walked into the Suit Factory after getting a haircut inside the mall.. I was immediately greeted by a young gentelman. I was greeted with great service and big smile! It wasn't long before i was warmly greeted by another associate who was willing to grant my request. He took care of me and im looking forward to my friend's wedding later in the month. Though i only needed something small like measurements, the service was something to remember. I thought it was worth sharing. I'm looking to go back whenever I need a suit, shirt or tie. We had to get my husband a tuxedo for an event in 2 days. We were dreading going shopping for this however, the service at the suit Factory was personal and perfect. The young gentleman knew exactly what my husband was looking for once my husband told him what he wanted and he didn't bother trying to distract him from what was intended. The personal and friendly service is only surpassed by the prices. We were expecting to drop a lot of money on this tuxedo and ended up paying less for the tuxedo, shirt, cumberbund and tie then we had ever expected. My son needed a suit for prom and let me tell you I was apprehensive! I have never been suit shopping before. This is his senior prom so I wanted him to have the whole experience. Sam put me at ease as soon as we walked in he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
