The hotel is hosting visitors for two separate events in town and told me they were almost sold out. They quoted me a price of over $800 for two nights! This was even with a senior discount. The rooms are normally around $200 per night. This is a terrible case of price gouging. The first representative I spoke with hung up on me. I was not using bad language or raising my voice when he quoted a price of $646 for two nights. I immediately called back and a different representative took my call and quoted me the higher price. I will never recommend this hotel again. Horrible way to do business.

The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a facelift but is very clean, well-staffed and close to highways and local amenities. My room for one night was a standard king room with a divider between the living room and the bed. The room and bathroom were as clean as they could get and the wifi was easy to connect to. The heating and AC unit functioned as it should and I had no issues increasing or decreasing the temperature in the room. My bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the standard fare of this hotel level with hot and cold offerings as well as pastries, breads and cereals. The staff were great and the check-in and check-out process were accomplished through the BonVoy app.

Bed: so so comfy and decent pillows Overall this room is needing an update. We were here only 1 night and it was fine for a quick stop over. I got online with Hampton to see if rooms were available to book. At that time, several room options WERE available. One room was $100 less than the king suite I did not need. I travel for business and stay in hotels almost weekly. This is shameful business and I will not be booking with Hampton again.

We called down for help, to ask for a new room and they told us they were busy and would call back in ten minutes...we waited 30 and nothing. We called back...by this time it was past 10:30 at night - we ask for a different room. They said they didn't have any available. We ask if we could check out and get a refund they said no. We told them all our issues and they said they could keep our cold things for us, but they couldn't replace the fridge or fix it for at least a day. They did come swap out the mattress for us. We had to ask for bedding for that bed they said it was by request only. They only have us one flat sheet, one pillow and one thin blanket for two kids. My son had an early soccer game the next day so we stayed we didn't have a choice since they wouldn't let us have a refund. I also want to note none of the ice machines worked and we had a big pile of garbage outside of our window. Absolutely terrible
