Stayed here for 5 days, and this is what I'd actually call a true Best Western "Plus."…read moreI booked a double suite on the 3rd floor. The couch and chair--usually not the most comfortable in hotel suites--were surprisingly cozy. The room overall felt clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a Best Western: solid and satisfying. It would be nice to see a bit more variety (maybe switching it up with bacon instead of sausage sometimes), but no real complaints. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. If you like to work out, the fitness area has everything you need, so no need to find an outside gym. I also appreciated the larger shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower--exactly what you'd expect from a "Plus" property. A lot of Best Western Plus locations feel pretty basic, but this one stands out. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The main reason I picked this hotel was for me to find a place where I could charge my car while I was on a trip from NY so it was very inconvenient to have been duped like that and find charging in a place where I'm unfamilar with. Moreover I stayed there three weeks ago and told them about it and they still show they have the EV charging on their Expedia page.

It quickly made sense to us as to why the place only had a couple of customers, when it used to be packed.
