Which is totally odd because this place is supposedly the most haunted hotel in Ohio? What are they trying to hide? They don't want people staying there that like the paranormal? Then when I politely informed the staff on two separate occasions and provided them with the U.S. standard I was told two different excuses. Yet, three days later it was still wrong. As for the room, it was fair. The shower water trickled. Unfortunately the heat in the room was absolutely not to standard. My kids and I froze on the third night. All of these things were enough for me to check out. Sadly, they did not refund my prepaid fee's. My credit card company agreed to fight these illegitimate charges.
