Drove 7 hours to check in and the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms left. She said they over sold the night. We questioned on what to do and where to go? Quick and Painless! I stayed in this Hampton property for a one-night stay while in the area for business. The hotel is close to highways, restaurants and malls for shopping. The hotel at the time was going through an update but my room was clean, spacious and had a good wifi signal. I did not get to use any of the hotel amenities as I was only there for one night and out most of the night before. Overall a good, clean and well-run Hampton property. read more

I'm gonna hold on a 4+ with this terrific property that's managed so well. GM Steve was around several days and greeted customers at check in and breakfast. There was an issue with AC addressed immediately. Great room, great value and again a strong FREE breakfast. The hostess Brenda was also there again and learned it's her 9th year. read more

Recently stayed here 3 nights. Love the location, right off of 75, close to everything. Awesome outlet mile less than 5 miles away. They are undergoing renovations which is why the 4 star rating. I stayed on the 3rd floor and while my room was nice and large the surrounding rooms and hallways were a bit of a mess. One day the smell of paint was a bit much and it was noisy. They did finish up early in the day and didn't start too early. The breakfast bar is just meh. I do come to Middleton often and will stay here again though and look forward to seeing it all fresh and pretty. Staff was very nice read more

Nice hotel! The staff and cleanliness were great. Unlike other recent hotel stays, with different companies, the staff here really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were CLEAN which was really nice in this time of limited staffing. Several restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The only negative (for me) is they seem to have soft water. You never quite feel like the soap is completely rinsed off. read more

What a beautiful hotel and at a great price! While traveling on 75, we decided to try this hotel. For $100, we got a great king bed room. Very clean and spacious. Everything looks new. They had orange water next to the elevator and the lobby is pleasant. Plenty of parking. The lamps all have electrical outlets, and there is a mini fridge and microwave. The TV us a brand new LG with the clearest high def screen I've ever seen. The bed was very comfy with a beautiful comforter and nice sheets. The soaps and shampoos are Neutrogena. Nice! The lady at the desk was very friendly, and although we didn't get the king suite that we had reserved, we ended up with a wheelchair accessible king room, and that was ok. We will be staying here again on our way through, and will let others know. read more

What a wonderful experience at this property. We have stayed here several times and have always had a wonderful stay each time. The check in was quick and the staff was excellent in meeting our special requests for the location of our room. Breakfast was as good as a "continental breakfast" could be. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. It smells horrible. The room smells so bad like dirty feet. I had to clean the bathroom myself because it had mold in it. My husband and I just stayed here for a night when we were in town for a concert. Either the place was just built in the last couple of years - or recently underwent renovations. Because the place is immaculate. Very trendy and modern look. Our king room was spacious and comfortable. And one of the best parts -- an actual shower -- NOT a tub. I have a serious aversion to a shower curtain/liner touching me while I shower. So having an actual shower stall with door was a HUGE plus. I was actually a bit sad we were only staying a night. I would have liked to stay longer, and if we ever find ourselves back in the area, I'd definitely book here again. read more

Within a 15 mile radius this hotel was the only hotel that didn't have terrible reviews of filth and bed bug ridden rooms. So, crossing my fingers on my wing-it weekend I called & they had one room left at a rate of $119 a night w/ 2 queen beds. Might I add, this was the cheapest room I had found thus far. So we head towards the hotel- it is in a weird location a little off the highway but I'm not one to complain about location. It was right next to Walmart and good eateries. The inside was immaculately clean and I was informed the hotel was only about 4 years old. Macey, the girl at the front desk, was very sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean, the AC cold, and the beds comfy. They had neutrogena soaps. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and I left full- so it couldn't have been too bad. French toast, waffles, turkey sausage, a plethora of rolls and breads, and cereal. They offered coffee which to my surprise was rich and strong & fill of flavor & they had coffee mate creamer which was awesome. I'm picky about my creamer. They also had complimentary orange water near the lobby which was good! If I found myself in the area I would stay again. This has gotta be the best hotel in the area & the best quality for a lower price!! read more

This is a nice property inside and out. We have stayed here a number of times and have always had a great experience. The check-in process is fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, modern, and spacious. The breakfast is good and there is usually items that can accommodate most people. Will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend for anyone passing through the area that needs a place to stay. read more

I'm traveling home from visiting my boyfriends family and my dad booked me a room here so I could stay at a nicer hotel. I got into my first room and sat on the bed and noticed a can of dip laying by the other bed (meaning it hadn't been cleaned well) and I was just going to ignore it bc I was tired. Went to the bathroom and a huge centipede was in there. I called and transferred rooms. The new one had someone's dirty old clothes stuffed between the fridge and the microwave/drawers. I am a diamond member who stays over 200+ nights at Hilton properties. I had nothing but a horrible experience with Dave who was the night time front desk personal. I had dried dog poop in the corner of my room soiled in the carpet. I literally tried speaking with them and dealing with them for over an hour to switch rooms and there was nothing they would do. They never switched my room and told a diamond member for over 5 years sorry about your luck but there is nothing we can do. I have submitted my claim to hhonors with photo documentation as this is ridiculous. Claire the manager knew my status and situation and wouldn't do anything either. I called hhonors and they switched me To a different hotel all together. So ridiculous do not stay here Regards read more

My little family had a great experience at this hotel, while traveling with a newborn. Our king sized room was large, updated, and immaculately clean. They provided us with a pack and play crib for our baby, so we did not have to unload ours from the car. The couch and ottomans were perfect for nursing in the middle of the night. I did not expect such a comfy set up. The only thing I did not like was how cold the lobby, breakfast area and hallways were. At 7pm on an October day, it was colder inside than out. Plan on wearing layers. My husband loved the free wifi and I, the robust coffee blend. Seriously, people! Coffee almost always sucks at hotels, and yet this stuff tasted good. I got seconds and skipped hitting a coffee shop on the way out of town. The food in the hot breakfast bar was fresh, and perfectly cooked. I travel ALOT- I stay at ALOT of Hampton Inns. The staff here is one of the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I truly am impressed- all the way from the front desk, the sweet attendant at breakfast and the room cleaning staff! My family and I are moving to the area and we have been here for a week. I do not have a single complaint about our entire stay. The hotel is clean and new. The staff is amazing! We have four small children and they have done everything from bake extra cookies for them in the afternoon to helping me take their food to the table during the free breakfast. The pool is nice and the laundry is $1. There is a Walmart right next door and several dining choices right down the street. Book your next stay here and you won't be disappointed! read more

My family stayed here for a sporting competition Friday evening thru Monday. As we were getting out of the car, a bus of lacrosse girls pulled in. I was instantly devastated. However, even though they were on the same floor...we never heard a peep the entire weekend. And a baseball team arrived as well. The beds are great! We had a jr suite with a nice little kitchen area, and executive desk area. Pull out couch, and accent chair completed the room. Huge closet area. Pool was nice, everything was very clean. Workout equipment was nice. Breakfast could be a little better. Maybe less options, and higher quality? But still nice enough for s free breakfast. Staff very friendly. Probably the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Everything is brand new and modern. Walmart in the same parking lot with some restaurants next to Walmart. New comfortable chairs for each rooms desk. Outlets in each lamp. Fridge, microwave, iron, new sliding door shower. read more

The hotel was nice and clean and everyone was nice while we were there. The only problem I am having now is I booked and paid through Priceline but the hotel charged me as well. I called the hotel to see why and the front desk clerk named Nicole told me the hotel didn't get the payment and she couldn't do anything about it and for me to call Priceline. I even asked if she could see how I booked the room and she could but wouldn't help me any further. I called Priceline and they are looking into for me and even said the hotel should of called Priceline to see what the issue was. I feel that the hotel should of tried harder and see why they didn't get the payment through Priceline not making me go through all this hassle. I work in customer service and I wouldn't make the customer do my job. Little things like this will turn me away from staying at this location and maybe even branch of hotels again. read more
