When my husband respectfully asked him to tone it down, the owner actually walked around the bar (where we were seated) to confront him and insulted him, calling him self‑righteous and that he wasn't apologizing for his language. As customer's were leaving they stopped to tell my husband that he was right in asking this man to be aware of where and what words he was using while women and children were dining. What owner/manager thinks this is beneficial for his business?? If he treats the customers as such how on earth does he treat the employees?? I am so sorry for the young ladies that have to work for this man. I've never seen a business owner behave with such arrogance and disrespect toward paying customers. This is not a family‑friendly environment, and we won't be back. Whatever happened to the statement that "the customer is always right even if they aren't"? ---
