Overall: Dependable, comfortable, and professional. Been going here for a couple of years now and I…read morehaven't had a bad experience. Services: Thorough cleanings so far. I also get extra cleanings because my gums were inflamed from not flossing well in the back and around my permanent retainer in the front. In my experiences, both hygienists and dentists are professional and personable (or comforting if you're in pain). Space: Place looks well used and could do with a refresh or renovation in some rooms. Patient chairs could be replaced. Otherwise, clean. Location: Plenty of parking and in a prime location. Cost: Transparent with costs - gives opportunity to ask questions. Average cost with insurance. My insurance covers regular cleanings and has reasonable co-pay for the extra cleanings before reaching deductible.

Dr. Wang is very unprofessional. My fiancé had wisdom teeth removed today and his boss asked him to…read moreget a medical leave form signed by the dentist. My fiancé was explaining this to Dr. Wang before surgery and he proceeded to give him anesthesia in the middle of the conversation without resolving it first! So then I had to try to figure this all out afterward. My fiancé's boss needed this form signed to approve paid time off for a medical procedure since their sick time and PTO are extremely limited. Dr. Wang refused to sign the paperwork, saying it wouldn't get approved. I told him it was already approved he just needed to sign it. I tried to advocate for my fiancé, but Dr. Wang didn't want to listen and acted like he knew better than us. I told him this was the only way he could get any days off work with pay and Dr. Wang replied "well then he'll just have to be unpaid." So not only is he directly impacting our income, but also obstructing our access to a federally regulated program. It is not his job to decide whether or not FMLA paperwork gets approved and filling it out does not affect his license. The only reason to refuse is a power trip. They also repeated his x-rays that were done just a few weeks ago due to "new software," increasing healthcare cost and my fiancé's radiation exposure. Very disappointed.

When I asked about the charge, the secretary told me it was because I "chose to come in too fast," which makes no sense for a medical office to penalize a patient for. On top of that, the crown they placed on my tooth #30 does not match the color of my other teeth at all, which is very noticeable and frustrating after such a large expense. I also tried to discuss the billing issue with Stephany at the front desk, but instead of helping, she became angry with me for even asking. She refused to take the matter to Dr. Trembath for review. It felt like the staff was more interested in collecting extra money than treating patients fairly or ensuring quality care.

I just recently moved to Lakewood Dentists after my Dentist closed his office. Big mistake. My…read moreold dentist had been doing quarterly cleanings to mitigate ongoing periodontal disease because deep cleanings were not working for me or helping to mitigate periodontal disease. I have had numerous deep cleanings, root scaling and planing. None of that worked. Quarterly basic cleanings WERE working. Lakewood Dentists, specifically Dr's Endress and Yantz are not concerned with helping anyone mitigate periodontal disease. They are only concerned with forcing you to buy their costly and painful deep cleanings, and if you don't, they refuse to treat you any further. I had an agreement with Dr. Endress to continue quarterly basic cleanings and all of that changed when they forced an appointment on me with Dr. Yantz. I never asked for that appointment. Once Dr. Yantz came in, the agreement I had with Dr. Endress changed from quarterly basic cleanings to they would not treat me any further if I did not undergo and purchase their deep cleanings and root scaling treatments, based on Dr. Yant's recommendations. This is a scam Dentist office. They are not concerned with helping patients to mitigate periodontal disease past trying to force you to undergo painful and costly cleanings. BEWARE. THEY are pushy with their upsell tactics, they try to scare you, and then their receptionist berates you and they refuse to treat you and cancel your cleaning appointments if you don't agree to root scaling and planing as part of the basic cleaning. Do yourself a favor. Google dentists scams with forcing you into unnecessary procedures and cleanings. You will find a lot of information on Dentists who practice this type of scam. Get second opinions. ESPECIALLY IF this Dental group and particularly Dr. Yantz recommends deep cleaning. LAKEWOOD DENTISTS ARE THE EPITOME OF THIS TYPE OF UPSELL scam and then they become antagonists and refuse to treat you and cancel your cleaning appointments if you don't agree to deep cleaning. BEWARE. GO TO ANOTHER DENTAL GROUP.

When it was time for new dentures he took the time to be sure everything lined up, size of teeth, color and match with the bottom teeth. I can't imagine going to any other dentist. I highly recommend this practice.

I tried to get them to address their mistake several times and even reported them to the BBB. Six years later I am still getting a bill; and changed the date of my last appointment to make it seem more recent. I had already gone to a different dentist. The dentist is great; but the accounting system is not accurate. Also they never transferred my dental records to the new dental office, even when requested several times. Phone calls never received. After six years they are still sending a bill for charges that they did not submit to insurance. My records with insurance does not show that the claim was submitted.

Absolutely Outstanding Emergency Dental Care - Dr. Jonathan Moy & Ariana Deserve the Highest Praise…read more I cannot say enough about the incredible care I received from Dr. Jonathan Moy and his amazing dental assistant Ariana. After cracking a tooth late last night while working in Aspen, I had no choice but to make the long drive back to Denver with an exposed root and unbearable pain. I knew I needed immediate attention--and fast. Dr. Moy and Ariana went above and beyond. They made space for me right away and treated my situation with a level of urgency, compassion, and professionalism that's incredibly rare these days. My case wasn't easy--turns out I have unusually long 16mm roots (the average is 10mm), making extraction far more difficult than usual. But Dr. Moy worked with extraordinary precision and care for over three hours, successfully removing the damaged tooth and placing the stud for a future implant. On top of that, they also re-cemented a crown that had come loose. Throughout the entire process, Ariana was incredibly supportive, skilled, and attentive. The two of them made a difficult, painful experience feel safe and manageable--and I left with genuine gratitude. If you're in need of emergency dental work (or honestly, any dental work), do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Moy. His skill, dedication, and heart are second to none.

I cannot emphasize enough how much you should not come here, I should've known all their google reviews were bought/too good to be true. First off, everyone in there has a nasty ass attitude. When I had called prior to see if they took my insurance the lady hung up on me and screened the calls. Then when my boyfriend called on his phone suddenly their phone answers immediately?? Second, I get to the door and they said to text somebody to let you in. Nobody replies to me and some random dude let me in, so sketchy. Now when I showed up I kept asking if they took my insurance and they didn't confirm. MULTIPLE TIMES they wouldn't tell me if they'd take my insurance. They didn't tell me anything until after they took the x ray. Also? They didn't even address the problems going in my mouth, I had to. I came in because I had popped a filling on a root canal and cracked the tooth and my primary dentist couldn't fit me in that week. These bitches quoted me $8k for a removal and a crown. Hello ?? I'd rather lose a damn tooth than pay a down payment on a car. I went to my primary dentist this week and got that shit FIXED under 30 minutes and it was $18. Anyways long story short, this place is weird as hell and you're better off literally anywhere else. I called my insurance day of the visit and they basically confirmed that these mfs didn't cough up the coverage numbers correctly. I filed a claim with my bank to dispute that exam fee and got my money back, and I advise yall to do the same if you end up with these whack ass lames.
