He will not overcharge for repairs or parts that are not needed. Rick's friendliness, honesty and quality work are things that are hard to find in an auto shop nowadays. The staff members here are reliable and do their best to make sure you're getting the best deal. As a girl, I used to be afraid of getting scammed by car repair shops but this place is the complete opposite which is very reassuring. Right when you walk in, there is a sweet Korean Lady (the owner's mother) who greets you or the owner himself. The owner has great energy and is hilarious- always made me feel very welcomed. I will say the parking lot is a little small but this shop somehow manages to make it work. The interior has a good number of chairs for customers as well as a center table. That being said, it you are hoping to not have a long wait time, I would try to come here during opening or lunch time during the weekdays. While you are waiting for your car to get fixed, if you get hungry/thirsty, there is a vending machine for beverages and mochi ice cream for you to purchase. This place has helped me with oil changes, state vehicle inspections, and my friend's AC issues. The friends who have visited here from my recommendation all had nothing but great things to say about this auto shop! Just an FYI, if you are paying with credit card, there is a 3% service charge but if you're paying with cash, that is waived. Another FYI, this place is good for three different languages: English, Spanish, and Korean.

The system wasn't leaking so I assumed the brake fluid has 89k miles needed flushing changing. Dropped it off at Pro alignment. I was informed the two front brake lines were compromised "collapsed internally" needed replacing. That didn't make sense to me but okay. Two days later, $576 (two brake lines replaced and system flushed) the car was ready for pick up. Nothing was resolved. Exact same soft brake syndrome persists. I called Pro Alignment when Ingot home and spoke with Debbie co-owner, front desk / phone manager. While speaking with Debbie trying to understand how $576 and two days later nothing was fixed. Me: so now what do we do? Debbie: good luck to you... hangs up. Me: wow.

Less than a month ago I got some tires from them for the rear tires. They were suppose to be the same size I already had but they gave me two different and smaller tires and failed to inform me. This caused my car to jerk from one side to the other at random times. I went to my mechanic and he informed me that my tires were not the same so I went back to get that changed. They refused to compromise with my mom and I for the mistake they made and tried to make us pay full prices for more tires. Mind you the tires I had just purchased still had the same amount of tread that I had when I left them so I was not trying to switch out bald tires. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! 0 stars
