A day or two after I got it back I noticed the power steering wasn't working properly. Frustration gripped me tighter than Homer Simpson strangling his kid. I didn't want to use the same mechanic, especially after hearing one of them used my truck to get their lunch, after I was told it was in a test drive. Then I found this mobile mechanic. Anthony came out, and in less than 30 minutes he had fixed my power steering for $75. I gave him a tip, and was very relieved. He gave the engine a quick check and other than some fluid in the radiator, all looked well. Anthony was accommodating, affordable, and honest. I highly recommend him.

The next day, he cancels my service request. I call back the next day and he tells me that he cancelled the order because I didn't answer within 2 days, which is a lie because it hasn't even been 2 days since he called at this point. He then tells me to reschedule with American Home Shield, totally disregarding the fact that I already paid $100 for the service to be done, and he immediately hang up the phone on me. After being on hold with AHS for an hour, I call Daniel back to see if he can rescind the cancellation. He then condescendingly says that I probably won't care or understand but they cancel the orders quickly to avoid bad reviews. After telling him I wouldn't leave a bad review if he would just give me the service, he then proceeds to tell me to call AHS back and hang up on me again. If you are given this company when requesting service from AHS, request a different company because their customer service is awful.
