I didn't quite know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised but at the same time not blown away. It was pretty busy too...another surprise. My Stretchogist seemed very knowledgable and quite good at it. Said she had 100 hours of stretchology training. She pulled and twisted me for 25 minutes. She focused on my hot spot such as my arm (tennis elbow). Hubby was after me and he was focused on knees and back. Another surprise was the clientele. Both men and women of all ages and pretty fit. I thought it would be mostly elderly for some reason. My insurance completely covers two visits a month so make sure you check health insurance. I am looking foward to my second visit and hope to get an even better feel for the place. Hard to truly judge on just one visit. It is very clean and modern. Calming colors of paint on the walls and dimly lit. Staff is very friendly and willing to patiently explain it all. Apparently these are franchise and quite many of them around. It is all new to me and I heard about it through a neighbor who highly recommended it.
