Do I want to eat here? I have seen so much comments on Facebook book about this restaurant. Customers service is pick and choose who gets the best. Something is not right here don't know if it is the owners or the employees that customers are complaining about how they are being treated. Customers is what you need to keep your doors open to they pay your wages. Please treat all customers equally and maybe need more training is needed on customer service. Absolutely horrible!!! Crab Cakes tasted like burnt cat food. Wedge salad was good but drown in blue cheese crumbles. I ordered the Cajun Ribeye and it was cold. Mushrooms and Onions were raw. Waiter did his best but the establishment was just not interested in putting out a good product for the money. Even the drinks were watered down. Not impressed....been here a couple of times and I came in for a birthday celebration. We ordered crab cakes and had to return them as it was not to par. Ordered the nightly Special, Cajun ribeye and was delivered cold. Had a couple cocktails however was missing the alcohol portion of the cocktail. I made reservations for a group of ten several weeks in advance. Two of our guests were not able to attend, staff was appreciative when we advised them a half hour before our arrival. They had a few specials that evening, one I chose was for a 12oz Prime Rib. The chef was extremely generous in his portioning, more like 24oz and quality was outstanding. Rob our waiter did an outstanding job of ensuring everyone was happy and needed for nothing. Prices were extremely fair. The atmosphere was nice and yet not stuffy. We really did enjoy ourselves and I would recommend them for any size group providing you let them know and make reservations in advance, as we did. read more

Short version: Delicious food with an exceptional staff. Long version: I called ahead when my party of 8 was getting ready to leave for dinner on Friday, June 16th. I got Bill on the phone and asked if they were open, (they were) and if they would be able to accommodate a shellfish allergy for one of the members of my party. Bill put me on hold to speak to the chef. When he returned to the call he told me yes, they could accommodate and to make sure we notify our server when we are seated. He also recommended that we put in a reservation as they were going to be booked solid for the next few hours. He took my reservation and we were on our way. I believe it was Bill who greeted us as we walked in and we were sat immediately. Michael, our server, introduced himself to us and took our drink orders. It was obvious he was nervous and it was confirmed that he was new. This did not hinder the extremely satisfactory service Michael gave us. There was also a young lady named Judy who was very helpful. Bill personally made sure to speak to the member in my party with the allergy to ensure that the chef would be notified. Our food arrived and everyone was pleased with their orders. The food was delicious, and about halfway through our meal, Michael told the table that he had a surprise for us towards the end of our meal. Once our empty dinner plates were cleared from the table, Michael brought out a slice of cheesecake and I think a slice of chocolate mousse cake, both were incredibly tasty. Everyone in my party could not say enough how enjoyable our whole experience had been. I am new to this groups yearly tradition of spending a week on the Colorado River near Parker, Arizona. The night before the group had gone to a different steakhouse and everyone came back from dinner disappointed. We decided to try out the River Willow Steakhouse and it exceeded our expectations. I have been a long time customer of the Bluewater resort and casino. I have saved my comp points for a while in order to have a special dinner at the River Willow. Took our best friends to dinner for my wifes birthday. What a mistake. Food was horrible, lobster was like cardboard so over cooked. Bone in rib eye was tuff as leather. Wife had chateau blue steak that was swimming in a terrible sauce. The waiter, Ansil was wonderful, I told him of our concerns before leaving. Its a wonderful setting , just wish they would staff the kitchen correctly. read more

We are fortunate enough to dine in amazing places where we live in Newport Beach, LA and Kapalua Maui, we have never had a server as attentive, polite and down to earth nice as Mitchell. Visited on Saturday night, just after the World Series game ended. Large crowd outside for a Halloween costume contest that made the surroundings very entertaining. I was by myself which often results in marginal service, NOT the case here. Very attentive staff, they were on top of their game from the minute I walked in and was immediately made welcome till the end of my visit when I just wanted to relax and enjoy a good glass of wine. The tomato basil? soup was great, they need to sell their recipe to Mimi's cafe, Mimi's tastes good but always seems to end in heartburn. :) the prime rib was excellent. food was awesome! mitchell was our server two nights in a row and he was just the best! we will definitely be back! the only only downfall was a lady using her vape pen in there. which didn't bug us but very "unclassy" hopefully they can put a stop to that! but non the less i will return! read more
