The pressure was weird as were the water settings on the shower head. That part was not good, but as I was only there for one night - it was easy to shrug off. This was a work meeting for me with clients and she embarrassed me, upset my clients and honestly I have never seen someone so passionate about kicking out a cute shih-tzu in my life. It was like she was having a bad day or something and she wanted to take it out on me. I have been coming to the vineyard over a decade and I've never seen a sign saying no pets allowed maybe the rules changed, and I will gladly comply if they did, but it was not that the fact that she asked me to remove the dog, it was the tone and the way she yelled at me that was so concerning and I think as a vineyard you should know about this incident and that lots of people have pets, Austin is a pet friendly city and she could have been a lot kinder and use some customer service skills to get her point across with the little class and grace that you expect from a vineyard establishment. Everyone is there to have a good time and have a meaningful experience with the staff, not get yelled by an unhinged employee. Georgetown is pretty cool too and only about 1 mi away. Meeting room was nice but I'm surprised they didn't have better av in the meeting room and the room was always freezing. We all had to keep going outside on our breaks to warm up. With the room, it's very clean has very good amenities and Regular housekeeping service. The only downside is that I wish they had better pillows as the feather pillows go completely flat and provided no neck support. Didn't have a chance to try the pool but it looked great. Brick and Ale is the restaurant lounge on the 1st floor. Good beers including Yuengling and food was always good. Music in Jacks lounge starting on Tues night which was nice but it was always too loud for the space. Especially with tile floors. Service is very attentive and the hotel team was all very nice. If you are looking for a hotel meeting place for up to 100 or so, this would be a good location.

For context, this is my 151st hotel night of the year, and I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. I spend a tremendous amount of time traveling and staying in hotels, so I understand the difference between a property that genuinely values its guests and one that seems to have forgotten what hospitality means. Unfortunately, this hotel has left me feeling like I am being treated like crap rather than appreciated as a returning guest. The first time I stayed here, the experience was amazing. The hotel offered lounge access and breakfast, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then, particularly when it comes to breakfast, lounge access, and the consistency of what the hotel communicates to its guests. Every single time I have stayed here, I have been disappointed by the breakfast buffet. I believe classic dishes should be prepared well rather than changed simply for the sake of trying to be different. The food has consistently been unappealing and poorly executed. After three previous disappointing experiences, I had essentially given up on breakfast at this property. When I checked in last night, however, I was told that the breakfast buffet included à la carte options. I decided to give it one more chance. Unfortunately, the experience only reinforced my decision to stop coming here. When I went to the restaurant, the employee serving me came across as rude and irritated from the beginning. He asked whether I had my voucher, which I provided, and then asked about my drink preference. After I explained what I wanted, I looked at the buffet and immediately recognized the same disappointing selection I had refused to eat on my previous visits. I decided to order directly from the menu instead. That was when I was told my voucher did not cover à la carte items. Then why tell guests that à la carte options are included? The problem is bigger than breakfast. It is the inconsistent messaging, disappointing food, and lack of basic hospitality. When you stay with a recognized brand like Sheraton, you expect clear communication, consistent service, and employees who make you feel welcome--not like you are an inconvenience. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member who spends 151 nights a year in hotels, I know that not every stay will be perfect. What matters is how a property treats its guests and whether management makes an effort to deliver a consistent experience. I have stayed at plenty of hotels that understand the importance of loyalty and repeat business. This experience did not reflect that understanding. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I originally loved this property. I have given it four opportunities, and the breakfast experience has disappointed me every single time. The lounge experience and the communication surrounding guest benefits have also become inconsistent. Management needs to take a serious look at the breakfast offerings, employee hospitality, and how benefits are communicated to guests. Loyal customers should not have to repeatedly deal with the same issues while wondering whether the benefits promised at check-in will actually be honored. I have given this hotel more than enough chances. I am a Titanium Elite member, a frequent traveler, and a returning customer, yet I walked away feeling completely unappreciated. There are plenty of other hotels in the Georgetown and Austin area that I can choose from. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Four stays were enough. I will not be returning.

The animals that came up to our car included deer, ostriches, alpacas, moose, and zebras. Outside of the drive thru safari, they also have a petting zoo. They have capybaras here (which I'm a big fan of) so we also paid to see and pet them! Overall, a super fun experience if you're an animal lover.
