Breakfast set up.

Very nice location and even though I had a first floor unit near a busy conference room I didn't feel like the place was noisy. Shower water pressure in typical hotel suck mode. I think when #45 was unhappy with shower heads it's because of living in his own hotels all the time. Tasty and hot breakfast offering as well. Would stay here again.

Photo of the building. Super close & walking/driving distance to a lot of great eateries.

We stayed here for 5 days. This is definitely in convenient area, in front of a Costco, walking distance from a BJ's Brewery and also In & Out - so many things in walking distance. This was a great price especially after SXSW - we paid about $120/night - which was a deal considering this was in Cedar Park. It's a very modern updated new hotel. The beds were comfy, it was quiet & super clean. Spacious showers with Paul Mitchell products (very appreciated). Bathroom is a barn door type of style with glass, so be forewarned, if you need to go potty at night & turn the light on - it will shine on whoever is laying in bed. I do have to say, to the previous person about the fire alarm flashing- it does & it's right above the bed. However it wasn't justifiable to give this Marriott one star - considering the prices in downtown Austin or the domain area. If that type of thing bothers you, an eye mask/sleep mask will help you out. The breakfast was like every free breakfast at one - Cisco products, so we ate in every once in a while if we were on the go - but there are SO many delicious breakfast places (Cafe Java! Look it up) in the Cedar Park area within 5-10 min driving distance that are so much better. There is a bar in the hotel lobby that was always busy every night no matter what night it was (we stayed here Thursday to Tuesday) TBH we didn't stop to enjoy it, we were super busy. The gym leaves a little bit to be desired- 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, yoga balls & 1 matt. A full rack of weights up to 50lbs (I believe) & a bench. Cold water & cups available in a dispenser. Still do able but any more than 2 people in that room it gets weird. Still, I appreciate it being there considering all the delicious food I ate. Nearby the gym was the pool & it looked nice. We didn't have time to enjoy it, but that looked good to relax in. There's also benches outside & places to sit. I was very satisfied by my stay. It's a safe neighborhood & parking is pretty good. Staff was always courteous & friendly.

Pool/hot tub and the pond and trail behind

Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful lobby/bar area, outdoor seating area with a cool fire feature, and great pool/hot tub. There's a walking trail around a pond right out back and you can walk to multiple restaurants/stores. We took our kids for a staycation and will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

Closet with great shelving.

Great hotel in Leander area. The hotel is newer so it is very clean still. The beds were comfortable with a nice pillow top. The bedding and towels still have that new feel to them and not like they have been washed 10000x. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast (free) was filled every morning with a decent selection of options. The location is prime as it is in a new strip center with MANY dining and shopping options. There is even a Whole Foods 365 that is close so if you wanted to stock up for the week, you can. And you can't forget that In and Out Burger is a 1 minute walk. If I was to come back to the area for work, this will be my go to hotel.

We stayed here for a few nights while repairs were being done at our home. It was clean, quiet, and the pool was great!

Enjoyed the larger accessible room tonight since the availabilities were wide open, which is spacious and offers the small kitchenette and nearly full size fridge - very adequate for longer stays. Two additional stars if the elevators were not right at the exit of the hotel and before the hotel check-in desk. Also a couple of the parking lights were out. Both pose security issues for me and when traveling, that's one of my top priorities. Complimentary breakfast is always a nice feature, this one offers more like an express version than that of their sister hotels. One night stay was just right for us!

We had to ask the front desk for new towels. We stayed for 6 nights. -breakfast was such a disappointment -the light in our bathroom kept going out -the signage upon arrival the first time is very difficult to tell what it is. You can clearly decipher the Aloft next door though. -the gym is located immediately upon walking in. With clear glass. Frosting the glass or putting up a film would go a long way in making someone more inclined to use it. I intentionally did not workout because I'd be in a literal fishbowl.

My wife did the booking as I was at work, and thought she booked another place but it was fine. The front desk person when we checked in was friendly and they give you a card for several items at no extra cost from the store area. We took advantage of that as it was very nice. The room was comfy and a good size, we were only there one night not sure how cleaning works or service of new towels and replacements. They had a kitchen and bar that opened at 5 pm as as we came right after work we had not eaten so we went there first. The lady running the bar and taking the orders was by herself and was very good and friendly but leaving her alone seemed kind of bad on the part of the company. We got the happy hour old fashioned which was a good price but not very good. We tried it, we are always looking for different old fashions and some are great and others a miss. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel. I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Shana got dumplings and a salad. It didn't take to long though there were more people ordering by this time and it sounds like just one guy cooking. We slept well, the room was fine, the shower takes a while to heat up. SHANA SAYS: Good Service, very clean and well appointed but weird old carpet. Now Breakfast: We had breakfast the next day. They had a "buffet" for $13 dollars. This was awful, no one took it, and it was just sad. It had some fruit, juices in open carafes on the counter, some cereal, coffee, and oatmeal. 50% of it is butter, syrup, honey, etc. There is nothing there, it is insane. You can order breakfast and again one server and no one took the buffet. I had eggs, bacon and sausage. The bacon was crunchy and good, sausage was solid. The eggs were ok. Shana had French Toast and mostly enjoyed it, good for hotel French Toast. Our server here was good but strangely nervous and when I got my Dr. Pepper he wanted to know if it was alright as sometimes it is flat which seems to be a well known problem they don't fix. Shana used the gym, said it was good for a smaller hotel, had lots of different equipment but the treadmill was wobbly. It was fine for what we needed it for and was close to home. Given that it was close and for an emergency not sure would we stay here again unless a similar issue happened. It is not bad but the promised breakfast buffet really soured it.

Why is the leasing office…read morehaving people meet up in hotel rooms to sign contracts... contracts that have nothing to do with leasing an apartment itself.... why does this hotel have any affiliation with Markham at Lakeline? this is a huge privacy concern.. besides all of that- the hotel is beautiful and accommodating, the staff is marvelous. so kind!!!! one of the best hotels i've stayed in in a while, not going to lie. mold is not an issue here- this hotels serves extra water bottles for free too. everyone needs water by nature. usually this is only handed out if you're a hilton honors member of a certain level or if the hotel is conscious of their mold issues- which has happened all across the country before- there's only so much the staff can do for you.. been there before.. not an issue here tho. the water is clean from the tap to shower/brush teeth etc, safe to inhabit. unlike the la quinta down the street.. it's in the air.. it's served in the lobby on select days.. creepy.. always the same staff member.. and you think to bring your own cup or something instead of use the cups supplied.. yikes! drank mold there and got really sick.... straight from the jug for everyone who walks in. i take medications... i need fresh drinking water available all day.... so if you're in the area- health wise- the hilton garden at Cedar Park is gucci. you're not going to get sick from mold here. but there is sketchy behavior choreographed and planned out that is associated with to this hotel in regard to the apartment complex less than a mile away to drop off paper work- you're given enough information to find a room number to show up to.. after theresa the leasing manager tells you you have to show up to drop off the final contract... the contract has nothing to do with housing or real estate... not okay... i wish i told him not to show up to that hotel room... i know the hotel doesn't check into why you're booking a room.. but this is a big deal... not okay.. I hate that this has happened.. i feel as though my ex and i broke up due to these contracts... it had more to do with THIS than what we actually broke up over. this is a much tougher conversation to have.. resulting in chaos... the contract is real.. whether he signed or not.. we both eventually were involved... i can tell.. i felt like i had no choice but to show up type thing.. and he was just looking into somewhere to live which is what ended up happening to me.. i felt like i had no other option than markham after this.. the internet was acting out and i had no choice.. im not sure if anyone else has been through something similar.. but this is upsetting.. i believe this has more to do with it than anything else. i thought to live in markham for years.. it was irony my highschool sweetheart texted me and wanted to date again.. but i knew there was something off about those contracts after my ex, now, had to show up to that hotel room. our relationship ended shortly after... and we're both emotional people i know contracts make people swing if they're not filled out correctly.... Markham set him and I up with that contract alone... i felt like i had no choice but to move there all of a sudden... i needed to move out anyway.. and to austin, my doctors told me of neurology treatments offered in the midwest, there's so much austin has to offer in regards to neurology unlike where i came from.. it was all irony.. but yea.. our relationship failed and i believe it has more to do with this sketchy behavior than anything else! contracts have pull depending on what you did or didn't sign.. this is so sketchy and upsetting... we're not close at all anymore.. not fair.. thanks america?? or just fucking fucked up markham at lakeline? sketch #2 there is also loitering and you have to pay to park here for safety reasons.. so what the heck.. always having trouble around the hotel when this green jeep sits in the parking lot everyday whether it be a few hours or all day long. GET DUCKED... there's something off since the contracts were not signed and filled out... i've been having trouble with housing myself while my ex is living the life... that neighbor hood created a wedge between my boyfriend at the time and i believe it started with these contracts.. sketchy!

However, I was not recognized as an elite member. I also didn't have a greeting on my TV when I walked through the door, and I didn't receive any texts from the staff welcoming me. I guess the other aloft hotels went above and beyond, and I received basic service here in North Austin. The room wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't filthy, but you can tell it didn't receive a thorough clean. There was hair in the shower, a red looking piece of something questionable on the door, something questionable that was brown on the bathroom floor close to the wall. I had slippers on and/or wore shower shoes the entire time. I didn't request to change rooms because I didn't want to end up with something worse than I had. I just sprayed the entire space with lysol. There was also an incident with the guest in the room next to mine, they left their dog in the room alone and it was crying, howling, and barking on and off for an extended period while I tried to work. I contacted the front desk through text around 830pm. and checked around 9pm. for a response and was told they were helping other guests. So yeah, I will not stay at this hotel again. Overall, it is a lackluster experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Cedar Park for work, and overall I would rate my experience 3 out of 5…read morestars. There were definitely several positives: the property is located in a beautiful area, there is plenty of free parking, and the hotel itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. My room met my expectations for the rate I paid, and the location was especially convenient since the place I needed to be for work was only about three minutes away. Being roughly half an hour from the Austin airport was also very convenient. The staff experience, however, was mixed, and that is really what brought my rating down. When I arrived on Monday, both the woman at reception and the gentleman who checked me in were fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming, and made a very good first impression, even though I unfortunately did not get their names. On the other hand, the service I experienced afterward was not nearly as good. The gentleman working Tuesday night was not rude or offensive, but he came across as uninterested and not especially polite. He seemed preoccupied with other work, was turned away from the door, and gave me the feeling that I was interrupting him just by approaching the desk. He did not offer help, and the interaction felt dismissive. The experience on Wednesday morning was also disappointing. The young woman working the breakfast area/front service was on the phone while I stood there waiting for several minutes without even being acknowledged. Even a quick "I'll be right with you" would have made a big difference. I understand multitasking can be difficult, but basic acknowledgment is such an important part of hospitality. It felt more like a training issue than anything else. The manager that morning was friendly and pleasant, but I also noticed him walk past a dropped napkin without picking it up. That may seem small, but details matter in hospitality, and they often reflect the overall level of attentiveness. As for the breakfast, I appreciate that it is included in the rate, and that is definitely a plus. I also want to mention that the woman preparing the food was very sweet and kind when I spoke with her, so my comments are not directed at her personally. That said, the breakfast itself was just average and not something to get excited about. The biggest issue for me was the eggs, which were clearly powdered eggs. For me, that is a major drawback because I place a high value on food quality. The rest of the breakfast was standard fare like bagels, sausage, jelly, butter, and similar basics. It was acceptable for a complimentary breakfast, but not memorable. In the end, this hotel has a lot going for it: a good rate, a clean and modern property, free parking, and a convenient location. If I were rating only the room and the property itself, I would probably score it higher. But because service and attention to detail matter so much to me, the inconsistency in staff professionalism brought the overall experience down. I had some excellent interactions and some disappointing ones, so I'm left feeling that this hotel has potential but needs more consistent customer service and better staff training.

Room was spacious I particularly liked the restroom and office desk area if here on business. The bed was comfortable and room came with a small fridge and coffee. If ever in Cedar Park this will be my go to stay they had every accommodation I needed and the property was very well maintained.
