Though at first the costumer service was rude and the bathroom smelled, once I had my nails done I was pleasantly surprised. The lady who worked on me spent a lot of time making sure my nails were the right size and shape that I wanted. She painted a beautiful flower and was very nice. This place USED to be good in the past. I just had the worst experience EVER! I will never go back to this place . My children and I went to get pedicures and out of 4 people mine were messed up. I told the tech and ALL of them seem to think it was funny and start laughing and talking in their language. I got upset and then I said I was only goi g to pay for 3 since mine were horrible . Then I said I would only pay for half the BALD headed guy who act like he didn't understand , English. Then when I cussed he threatened to call the police on me because I said motherfux! Terrible. I paid 17$ for a fill when my nails were barely grown out (I just wanted fresh nails for vacay) took him 20 minutes to fill them. Then he proceeded to tell me he will put the dry lamp in high so I could "get out of there" I already want to go have my nails fixed somewhere where they actually care about their customers and nails. I have been here many times. Always thought it was a great deal to have a mani pedi done for $20. I moved to San Bernardino from Riverside and still drive out here for my mani pedi. They are always nice and take thier time. I come every 2 weeks and I am a happy customer. I do come on Mondays usually and it is not too busy ever. I have been here on a saturday and it is a lot longer wait and they do rush a little more because of the amount of people... but I would recommend this place to anyone considering coming. I am really disappointed. The salon was dirty like it had never been cleaned in days. The wait time was terrible. I finally got my pedicure done after waiting for 30 mins then the same girl who did my pedicure did my manicure. Took for over an hour and half to get both pedi & mani done. This place sucks big time! I went in for a fill and pedi, guy who did pedi was nice a younger guy. He was a little rough on my feet, and didnt polish to good but i was in desperate need of a pedi plus it was around 6:25 on a friday, i thought most places would be closing. The older man who did my fill was in a big rush, he smelled like smoke, he filed my nails all weird some didnt look even or the same. When i told him about it he smelled like he was mad, very rude. Worst part was drying the polish in the light machine, nats all over and inside the machine crawling pn my hands. When i told the man he just said they come when it gets dark, i couldnt take it i took my hands out and paid. When he rang me up he over charged me for everything. Ive never had a pedicure in my life this was the most horrific experience the lady cut my toe so much I bled and the pain job itself looked like a lil girl did it ... My mom also did her nails the guy was really rude and kept pulling on her hand all he did was take the polish off and file the nail my mom said u know what stop and told him I can't how much will you charge to stop .. She proceeded to pay and he got upset and said you no pay like if she wasn't going to another lady stood up and said no charge but the guy was blocking the computer and said no she pay he was yelling so my sister started to yell back he charged 10 $ for her and 28 for me ... I love this place. This place stays busy but I always get lucky coming in when they're on downtime for whatever it is that I need. Tom is the best I fucking love him he makes sure that you leave out your chair feeling like a million bucks Okkkrrruuuu! And of course as any nail shop you'll have that 1 person or ppl come in acting up expecting the world w/out an appointment but let's be real no appointment no on time service am I right ? Right.. but anyways for the most part this nail shop is dope and I also love the different pedicure treatments they have to offer as well. The second i walked in i felt rushed to pick a color, the color i decided on was a soft nude, but when she applied it, it was bubble gum pink!?! I compared my nail to the example color i originally picked, & asked if she thought it was a different tone? She agreed, but said it was because the colors on the example pallet were faded. Im in the beauty industry, & im very understanding to most situations, but dont BS me! Lastly the manicure was rushed, the application was overly thick, & bumpy, & there was fragments stuck under the polish. I Will never return. read more

Very bad service I e been coming here for a few months now.....Advised manicurist to re do gel nail color on nail because it had lent hair she gets upset and tries to take it off then she filed off gel nail polish instead of removing it she goes over the same color so now my nails look a different color, so I tell her the polish looks like a different color and she gets upset and talks to me in a rude manner said " I fix for you", and then wants to say I'm being rude seriously lady if I'm paying for this I'm expecting my nails to be to my expectations it's not FREE.... I recently moved to MoVal so I was looking for a new nail salon & eyebrow waxer. I decided to go here because it was closest to my house. When I walked in I asked for a full set, pedicure & eyebrow waxing. I was automatically taken to a pedicure chair where I had a young guy working on my toes. He did a good job on my French tip but wasn't very talkative. While I was getting my toes done, Andy came over & did my nails. I got pink & white with duck tip which turned out perfect & he was so funny keeping me laughing the whole time! Only thing I didn't like about him was that he put gel on my nails without asking me & then I was charged an extra 5 bucks. After I was finished there, a lady took me back to dot eyebrows. She held up the mirror to show me that she was done & it looked like she didn't do anything!! I came in with caterpillars on my face because I was letting them grow out & she barely touches them. I told her no I want them thin. She tried again & held up the mirror & again, they looked thick. She went back & started plucking them a lot & then held up the mirror AGAIN. I finally told her, no I want them thin & trimmed what's the problem? She said "oh sorry I thought you like natural". So she went back at it one more time & held up the mirror & I just dealt with it. They were thin but not how I used to get them done. Ill probably be going back to my hometown just for my eyebrows. I paid 73 bucks for all of that plus a 9 dollar tip. I needed a day of pampering & I'm glad I went but not satisfied with my eyebrows. read more

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get a full set done only because the usual place I go to was slammed. There was a 2 hour wait and so I decided to give this place a try. When I walked in there were only 2 other ladies getting their nails done, pretty strange for a Saturday. But now I know why, because they suck the lady that did my nails did not do what I asked her and she totally rushed it. I asked for a full set of gel French tip acrylics and she did it with nail polish and still charged me as if it was gel and when I started to complain she kept on insisting that's what the price was so I just let it go. One week later my nails are turning yellow and there is water spots inside. The nails are uneven and look so big on my fingers. However, my biggest issue is that they are already lifting. One thing I can't stand which never happens with my usual girls. I should have just waited the 2 hours at least it would have been worth it. I don't recommend this place!!! read more

I wouldn't say this place is garbage but the person who assisted me today was horrible. As soon as I arrived, she immediately began removing the previous acrylics I had forcefully which was painful enough that I had to stop her and personally ask her to soak them in acetone! Already didn't like the start of this, while she was cutting, filing nails with machines.. she cut me a few times and several of my fingers kept stinging and burning. Possibly due to the products being used? Not sure. Also I had asked for French tip and she put clear tips on and stated she would paint the top white. Which I did not want. I should've specified, she "misunderstood" apparently. She asked me to pay her before she put the polish on and When she finished, she stood up and walked away... I didn't know if I was finished or not, I assumed since she never returned. That's 3 mistakes on my first visit here. Can't speak for the rest of the techs, but I will not be returning. I am very unpleased with what I paid for as I sit here at home w/ fresh new scratched set and painful burning fingers. read more

I am never one to write a bad review. The first time I had went here I had wanted my nails two different colors at the end it came out terrible and I didn't say anything and then after he was done had charged me 10$ extra. He had never informed me it would be extra I left mad and hated my nails. I had to go to work so I called The person that was in charge and explained the situation she said to come back and she would fix it. So I did and they were fine. I've been going there for three months now no problems. A few days ago I wanted a fill with gel color. The girl that did them was named tiffany. She was nice . but the very next day my nail cracked off. The acryilic with the color. I had went back and I didn't get an apology or anything. She seemed mad at the the fact that she had to fix something she did ? So then the next day two more nails did the same thing I couldn't go back because I had to work. It hasn't even been a week since and four ACRYLIC nails have cracked. I went back today they said they were to busy to come back in 2 hours. So I did. Tiffany came out to do my nails and said they cracked because I had gotten to many fills... Which is interesting since I've gotten fills done so many times and its never happened before. She said she would take off the nails that were cracked and redo them. I just said please take them all off because they will all do the same thing and I'll just have to keep coming back. So she took them off and said that i was going to be charged ? No... I'm sorry but it has only been a few days since getting a fill and they cracked. Not once did anyone apologize. I still tipped her for taking the time to do it. But I will never return here. They said they didn't even have a manager there for the next few months because The manager was out of state ??? I wish I could find a number to call the city and let them know this store has no supervisor for months ? Terrible service poor quality products and apparently they can't speak English at all to say sorry or to tell you if they are going to charge you or not. read more

I would not recommend this place at all! The first time I went the person that did my manicure looked mad and basically rushed my manicure... I decided to go again, and the person that did my manicure the first time went up to me saying she was going to do it and I kept on asking her questions on colors and she did not want to answer them, and looked really annoyed.. I decided to get another person in there to do my nails I thought it was going to be better service but it wasn't. She did not paint my nails nice and she did not give me a hand message with my manicure like you normally should get. I was also there long enough to witness another lady mad for the bad service she was receiving from the lady that first tried to do my nails. Ugh!!!! I used to come here all the time. Way in the beginning they were artists that made my french manicure look like high end jewelry and they included free real flip flops with a pedicure then little by little things started to degrade so I found another spot on my side of town. About 6 months later I come in for a mani pedi and got the worst service I've ever had. The girl doing my hand yammered the whole time with the one doing my feet. They weren't watching what they were doing. I made a comment and they just made some lame excuse about the actions of the previous customer. It took 1-1/2 hrs and only because I kept reminding them that I had to be at an appointment. (I arrived late to my appt). The worst part is that within only a few hours I could see the polish lifting around the edges and after two days it was peeling away on all fingers. kinda PO-ed with this place...so i go in for a pedicure with my mom and gma and they seat us all together. well my seat massage thing wasnt working so i ask the lady that had started on my gmas nails if i was doing something wrong..she gives me that confuaed face and asked if i press on...no duh so shes like oh must be broken you can move to that other chair if you want so waiting for one of them to hand me a towel or something becauae i had already started soaking my feet and nothing not even one ofthem looks up so i walk across the room feet soaked and all then it takes them 15-20 mins to even come by and fill my foot soak back up! i was beyond irritated....anyways she eventually came around and did my toes which came out decent nothing special. Well during my pedi she comments on my lashes(im wearing fake ones) and she convinves me to get some i had told her i would be attending a funeral the nect day and she assured me they should be fine and if anything i had 2 days to get touched up for free. so i went ahead and let her do it. well i did lose some lashes and one of my eyes lost wayy more than the other so i went to her to have them retouched i walk in and ask for her she said shes too busy can i come back FIVE hpurs later!!! im in shock and the only reason im writing this review! she loved thw tip i left her and now that i came back she doesnt care this is the type of salon this is so beware of their mediocre work and lack of respect of their customers! read more
