I previously wrote an excellent review about this company and had the opportunity to use them again…read morethis week. Rosa Ride was once again provided prompt and dependable service. The well maintained Mercedes SUV was extremely clean and comfortable. Orlando is such a pleasant man, helped with my luggage, enjoyed nice conversation on the ride, and he was extremely courteous. I flew out of LaGuardia on Sunday and returned on Tuesday morning. Orlando picked me up in New Fairfield in plenty of time to catch my flight and was at the airport waiting for me upon my return. Bottles of water are always in the vehicle along with snacks. There is also screens on the back of the front headrests if you want to watch movies during the ride to the airport. The fees for airport transport are comparable to what other companies in the area charge. For me, knowing that I can rely on airport transportation is very important which is why I will continue to choose Rosa Rides for my future travel plans which require flights from New York. The driver was an hour late and ruined the surprise, the back of the bus leaked and ruined all of the guy's clothing, the driver never cleaned out the bus so there were beer cans all over the floor, and the bus sounds like it is falling apart.
