Ritz Nails has a new owner, Lee, and she is awesome! Upgraded the selection of polishes reworked the pedicures. The deluxe spa pedicure with the paraffin wax was out of this world; so relaxing...call ahead to make appointment, I did and walked right in, they also have a frequent visitor program. HORRIBLE- Worst service I have ever received. Made me bleed as they cut my cuticles too short and kept buffing my nails too close to the cuticles. I brought pictures to show what I asked for and the lady did nothing close to it, and when I asked her to stop since it was all wrong, she told me that what I wanted wasn't good and that she was doing something better!!!!!! I have a wedding in a couple days and it looks like my hands have been through a garbage disposal!!!! read more

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Ritz Nails. I brought my 3 bridesmaids and 2 mothers (mine and his) to get manicures and pedicures. I made an appointment in advance, but when we showed up, there were only 4 salon employees. Eventually, the employees started taking "walk-in" customers, so by the end of the appointment, there were only 2employees helping our group. Several of us sat around for over 30 minutes waiting to be helped. To top it off - the manicures weren't very good. I got a Shellac manicure, and my polish is chipping off after less than a week. I certainly would not recommend this salon to others. She service was very unprofessional, and the manicure was not good. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Love this place. They're super nice and do a great job. Amy always thinks of something fun to do to my nails, and her work is very neat. I never leave having to pick at polish on my skin or rough edges. I'm work a lot with my hands so they get pretty beaten up, but my gel manicure lasts a good two weeks. If my nails didn't grow so fast it would probably last longer. read more

I am in love with my nails!!! it looks so good! usually when I ask for a design from someplace else they mess up horribly but my nails look amazinggg!!! the only issue was that we made an appointment for 5 people and only 3 of us actually made it but we still had to wait for an hour to get our nails done. this was really annoying because when i called i asked for an appointment at 3:30 and they said they could only do 3 so i was like ok and then we showed up at three and still had to wait until around 4. I understand that they were busy but they also were seating other people who came in after us (that were also walk-ins i'm assuming). My nails look amazing though, so this mishap was made up for through my nails. read more

So the first time i went there i loved my nails and they were really nice it did take pretty long tho. But when i went to get an acrylic refill I sat down and they started clipping off my acrylics and gave me dips without asking i told them i just came for a refill. I think the guy got mad bc another worker started working on my nails and since they gave me dips i had to pay $45 instead of $15. never going there again. read more

I went with a bridal party. While the people were nice the product was TERRIBLE. My nails immediately chipped and smudged within the day. My toes even chipped the next day which is not something I am used to when I get a pedicure- the color on my toes stay nice for weeks and weeks. I had to get a new manicure at my normal place less than a week later because I couldn't stand to look at them anymore. Will not return. read more

Don't bother making an appointment here. Sat for almost 2 hours after I had a appointment and people with no appointment came in and out while I was waiting. My nails turned out horrible and nothing like I asked for. They have one good nail tech and the rest are horrible. I regularly visit this salon simply because it's close to my residence and that simply means it's convenient. To be able to leave home and be at the salon in 5 minutes is great on a busy day. I have been coming in for at least a year and the service is fair. They are able to get the nails and pedicures done but nothing great - it's like every other salon. The biggest thing to note is they mention make an appointment and they don't stick to it especially if you're making it for both manicure and pedicure - they tend to push you to pedicure because they are always overbooked and have no one to get your nails done. Either way, you are always left waiting. The other week was my final straw, I made an appointment a week in advance for both mani and pedicure - it was confirmed. I showed up 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and sat there waiting. At least 5 individuals came in for the same thing - 1 had an appointment after me and was seated for service. I continued to wait. Another lady came without an appointment and was seated for a pedicure. I had emphasized my nails being done first due to my schedule and because of that they ignored me since I didn't want the pedicure first. They talked about me in their language which was very obvious. After 20 minutes past my scheduled time, I booked an appointment across the street for the same thing and stood up to leave. They then began beckoning me to come sit down and I declined. It's sad - the mediocrity of their salon, and customer service; it was obvious these folks do not care about those who return and continue to bring them business. I will not be returning. It's sad because it was close by but my tips can go to others who are willing to not be nasty and adhere to their time! I originally went to this nail salon because it had recently opened not too far from where I live. But I keep coming back to this salon because of the impeccable job they do on my nails. Everything is very clean and sterile, which is obviously very important. I've been to all of the workers there and they all do a great job - they continue to add new people because of how busy they tend to get on the weekends. They do take appointments, but I've never had to wait too long as a walk-in. The pedicure chairs are amazing - massage! I tend to go to Tom each time because he does a great job, is very friendly, and gives unbelievable hand massages! Highly recommended. read more

They gave me multiple cuts and they were not gentle at all. I'm happy with the way they turned out but I wouldn't recommend this place as they were in a rush and didn't take their time.. Again multiple cuts which burned sooooo bad when they put their chemicals on my hands. They cut/broke my nail down the middle and repeatedly said "I fix I fix" and glued my nail back together and put shellac over it..... Go some place else. read more

DO NOT GO!! My sister and I went for a mani/pedi and it was one disaster after another. They kicked her out of the pedi chair with only one nail painted so another party of three could sit. That party then waited for 40 minutes in (presumably) cold water. They started her mani but kept leaving to take care of other things. 1 hr later, she was moved to another pedi chair so her other 9 toes could be painted. My guy did fine on the pedi, but struggled through the mani. Language was a big issue and he had to redo one hand (polish too thick in some areas, bubbles, uneven coverage). He applied much thicker and now my hands are uneven - left hand is a nice baby pink and my right hand looks day-glo white. So awkward! Don't go! read more

The place itself was very clean and well-kept. The staff was very nice but very slow. And the prices that they quote in their store and on line is not what you get by the time you get to the register. I paid double the price that is listed in the store. And on line it very clearly quotes that you get a 5% discount if you do a mani-pedi together. They did not honor that. If I am in a pinch and have hours to spend at the salon, I will try them again. Maybe next time won't be so bad. But if I don't have a whole day for my nails and feet, I will try some place quicker. read more

Great place for a pedi or mani. Maria is our family favorite for pedicures. She does amazing art-not the standard flower, but one with flair. She's also very friendly and doesn't rush like some of the others. The only downside is they are always busy and could have a couple additional people on staff to meet the rush. I used to be a regular customer of Ritz Nails until I came in with callused feet one day and was judged until the moment I walked out. Using verbal expressions like "your feet nasty" isn't a way to treat your customers. I wasn't sure how to respond to such harsh opinions. The older woman made my feet look pretty again but I really didn't appreciate the "verbal hospitality" from her. A friend of mine went there the next day, mentioned my name and how I was referred by her to them, and the older woman replied by grunting in disgust. I really hope the owner thinks twice about keeping the older woman around because her rude and unnecessary behavior = less service and less income. read more

There were three of us that got pedicures and manicures.. the pedicures were fantastic but within an hour of leaving all three of our pedicures were completely chipped. I have had several pedicures and never had this happen. While we were there we saw them dropping liquid into the polish and I can only assume the polish is diluted so much it chips immediately. They painted my daughters nails and toes she is 4 and they absolutely were so sweet to her, I got a pedicure and the guy who did it did the best massage and rub on my feet. I went to Ritz nails for a gel manicure and hoping to find a new go to nail place. Worst manicure experience ever. Amy the owner/manager did my nails and rushed through it. Maybe lasted 10 minutes. So rushed even cut my cuticle but didn't even notice until finished. $31 rush job. I am mad at my self after such a lousy job I even left a $10 tip. I made an appointment for a simple gel polish and when I got there I realized making an appointment is useless after waiting 2 hours! Customers would call for appointments and she wouldn't even take note and continue serving walk ins. When I arrived for the appointment she had no idea what services I made an appointment for or if she even had a 4 o'clock appointment. She tried to play it off by soaking my nails acetone for 2 hours and the lady who done my nails did the worst job I ever had in my life!! Don't go to this salon. I didn't ask for a manicure or a massage and they tried charging me for it! And to top it off:... Had an appt for 2pm on a Sat afternoon. But don't worry, you won't need one because they don't honor appointments. They were slammed when I got there and I got the worse mani/pedi I've had in a long time. Paint started chipping off my toenails after 2 days which I can't even remember the last time that happened. TERRIBLE! I have been getting gel/Shellac manicures for years and always love the results. I gave this place a second try after my first gel manicure was done poorly. I was so disappointed when the second ended with the same results. Their products were very old and almost empty... this resulted in my manicure being spotty with a dull/streaky top finish. This is on top of being cut multiple times after I asked to simply push my cuticles back rather than trimming them. I would not recommend wasting your time, money, or cuticles on this place. read more

Im new to the area and this place was recommended to me by a coworker so i gave it a try. Eventhough it is smaller than some i have been to but its cozy and more relaxing. i wanted a deluxe pedicure but she upgraded me to a dead sea pedicure for free and i absolutely love it.
