Both my girls are under 35 pounds and the high back booster is for kids over 40 pounds so I wasn't very comfortable with that but we didn't really have a choice. I'd recommend they ask if the child weighs enough to use a booster before swapping it out. FYI they only take cash and they do not drive to/from Ontario airport.

The driver did not know how to convert it and he did not have the manual so we could not do it ourselves. For dropoff, again despite confirming the same morning for 9:30 pickup (months ago we stated 8:45 but updated them), when we arrived they are now saying there is no driver until 10:20. They are leaving our baby screaming and waiting in the rain for an hour. Imagine if anyone had to catch a flight. The bus was also triple the time to our destination near the cruise port.
