They said they were having trouble putting my van back together and it might not be done until next morning. .I never heard back from them. I called at 10:30 the next morning. There was no answer. I kept calling. Eventually, the mechanic answered the phone. He said he took my van to his house to pick up the pills he forgot to take this morning. When he went to leave his house, my van would not start. He put a charger on It and, eventually , got it started. He took my van back to the garage where they discovered the alternator that he installed was not working properly. He said they have to order another alternator and start over. He will call me when it's done, but it won't be today.

So they saved me a ton of money, by not replacing the wheel bearings and being hotness in straightforward with me. Definitely recommend their business.

WARNING! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!…read more Scotts's is a complete rip off! Got my brakes done once last year and again this year in Aug. I mentioned that I continued to hear squealing in my brakes and they are completely ignoring the fact that it continues to squeal without fixing the issue. At this point I don't think they ever completed the brake job. They have a bunch of no-goooders playing in grease with no real experience. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

This company is the absolute worst! They try to take advantage of their customers by overcharging…read more200%. I called for a quote on engine repair for my 2011 Jeep Cherokee and was later quoted $13,000.00 to replace the engine. The engine itself only cost $2,500-$3000, so this company was attempting to charge me $10,000+ in labor and taxes. I have the estimate as proof! I am very well educated in automotive repair and it does not cost $13k to replace an engine on a vehicle with a 3.6 engine. The normal price range is $4k-$5500. I'm not sure if this was racially motivated but I will never visit this company or refer anyone to this company! Sheisters!!! And judging by the previous comments and complaints about being overcharged, this is normal practice.

" It is unrepairable because the nail (which they showed us a picture of, that looked like a brand-new nail, ***now after seeing his response...we know that they lied just to sell us a new tire because it definitely was not rusted***) was in the side wall). We waited all the next day for the promised call that our new tire was delivered and ready to be put back on our car, only to be told after I called to inquire....."Oh, I thought I called you....it is ready". Lynwood neighbors Beware. They charge more than the dealership. They do not value their customers. This will be the last time we go there.

I typically go to discount tire right down the street from them, but they had a longer wait time. since it was an emergency, I decided to stop in here. I got a nail in my tire just two blocks away from them, thought it would be a quick fix. After waiting for over an hour, I was told my tires were too bald ( not true) for the repair. Mind you I had a vehicle inspection at my dealer two weeks prior and they said my tires were still in good condition. They would be the first ones to recommend Tires if they were showing major signs of wear. They knew I was desperate, I was late picking up my child from practice and it was getting dark, I wasnt just going to roll out of there on the flat. They said they did not want to be liable in case something happens to that tire due to it being bald. ( there should be waivers for this) I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of being a female. The technician came out with a quote for a full set of tires, $1500. Something I never asked for. I simply wanted a Repair and was forced to buy a brand new tire. Another thing I didn't like is that they went through my truck to search for the rim keys, I don't know if this is normal, but I felt like they should have asked me where they were before start searching through my belongings.

This review is purely based on customer service. I was driving near this shop on a Sunday when my…read moremuffler came loose and was dragging on the ground. As it turns out, auto shops open on Sunday isn't a thing, so I had to leave the car in the parking lot of Brad's Tires and come back on Monday. Brad's Tires is an authorized Firestone dealership and they have a giant Firestone sign, but they aren't a Firestone. So they don't actually do mufflers. But instead of just telling me, tough stuff, they took the time to rig the muffler so that I could drive to a shop where it could be repaired, and charged exactly zero for this courtesy. They also suggested shops in the ares where I could get a permanent repair done. Now that is customer service. People don't even help each other out like this anymore. But Brad's Tires does.
