The woman that came out to give a shower was amazing. They tried to send a mobile doctor out whose car broke down, which is not her fault however when coordinating my mom's discharge recently from sepsis inpatient treatment, they texted me yesterday, saying to coordinate when the nurse can come out then all of a sudden today they tell Kaiser that they can no longer service my mom as a patient and give us no reason other than there's no nurse in the area, which is not true. We're 15 minutes from Glendale and there's definitely providers that could come give my mom care this completely mismanaged my mom's discharge plan and has left me at a loss. I am 132 pounds. I cannot lift my mother alone let alone Help her take a shower or do the things she needs to do. They should've been more transparent about not being able to accept my mom so l would've been coordinating other healthcare the last seven days this is declining my mom's health. I hope you guys will reconsider how you treat patients in the future and not leave them in the lurch this really really really hurt my feelings because I thought you were a top-tier service but now I think you guys just dropped the ball and lied to me.
