DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT CGT FOR HOME CARE!!!!…read more When my grandmother was in her last days I think my whole family felt helpless. We knew we couldn't do a lot and that was crushing on top of everything else going on with my grandmother..but CGT gave us answers on what THEY could do & how they could help US. This gave us the chance to fully focus on what was important, loving my grandmother and being there for her. It's a hard topic to talk about and an incredibly sad one but...PLEASE HIRE CGT for you & for your loved ones. They take care of the paperwork and logistics that goes along with final care so you don't have to worry about it. One less worry. Be there for yourself and your loved one, HIRE CGT. Lastly, I want to emphasize something about their customer service. Some tasks or orders in our life just need skill, we just need to hire someone who can get the job done. But in this instance you also want someone who can empathize with your situation and handle it with delicate and loving care, CGT does that!!! CGT makes you feel like you're not alone and comforts you during this devastating time. You don't want the other guys, you want CGT.

Tender Hearts has truly been a lifesaver for our family…read more This past summer, my mom was having a very difficult month, and I knew we needed help, but I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I went in and spoke with Patty, and from the very first conversation she put me completely at ease. She took the time to explain how Tender Hearts works, how flexible and responsive their system is, and reassured me that they are there for families at any given moment, depending on what your needs are. We immediately felt comfortable and supported. For a period of time, my mom was able to be on her own again, but unfortunately she later suffered a stroke. Since then, she has required around-the-clock care, which has been provided primarily by Tender Hearts. Every step of the way, they have handled everything from long-term care coordination to scheduling...making an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. At first, I'll admit they seemed a little expensive. But I can say without hesitation: you get exactly what you pay for. The caregivers they've matched with my mom have been nothing short of amazing. Each person has been thoughtful, capable, compassionate, and a perfect fit for her. We have genuinely loved every single caregiver who has come into our home. The greatest gift Tender Hearts provides is peace of mind. When you're navigating tough times with aging parents, the burden on the kids can feel overwhelming and Tender Hearts truly takes that weight off your shoulders. Thank you to Patty and the entire Tender Hearts team for everything you've done for our family. You have made an immeasurable difference, and we are endlessly grateful!!!

My Father was not always easy to get along with during the last months of his life. He was understandably distraught and did not want to be taken care of even though he desperately needed the help. After my surgery, this company provided some of the worst service I've experienced…read more An RN contacted me around 3:30 PM saying he needed to come for a visit. I explained that I would be available around 6-6:30 PM, and he said he could not come after that. When patients already wait weeks for appointments, expecting someone to suddenly be available within a very short notice window is unacceptable. The next day was Sunday. I understood when they explained they normally do not provide service on Sundays, and I was told someone would come Monday instead. After some back and forth and several unsuccessful calls, I received a message saying someone else from the office would come because the original RN was busy. I texted them around 8 AM and waited all day without any updates. Nobody contacted me again. After following up multiple times myself, they finally called to say they had nobody available to come. I explained how serious the situation was and how scared and stressed I was because I had just gone through surgery and still had not received any visit or proper care. Instead of helping, they kept delaying and giving excuses like "give us another hour." Later they even tried blaming me, claiming I had canceled the original appointment, which was completely false. I asked for a supervisor to contact me because at that point I honestly did not know what else to do. Nobody ever called back. In the end, I had to drive myself in my post-surgery condition just to find care somewhere else. No patient recovering from surgery should be left feeling abandoned and forced into that situation. This may be acceptable in some industries, but not in healthcare where patients are recovering from surgery and depending on proper care. I truly hope neither they nor their own family members ever have to experience this kind of treatment while recovering from surgery.

I am a retired family therapist, and I have been advocating for my older brother, who receives…read moresupplemental healthcare services through Only Care Home Health. Recently, my brother reached out to me because he was having some serious concerns at his residential care facility. He sounded stressed, and I could tell the situation was affecting him. I listened, tried to identify what was happening, and followed the chain of command at his residence. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved. I kept looking for someone who could help, and that led me to Only Care Home Health. I honestly had no idea who I needed to speak with or where to begin. When I called, Roxy answered the phone. She asked how she could help, and I explained what my brother had been going through. She listened carefully and treated my concerns as important. She was kind, caring, and ready to help. Within about five minutes, she was able to resolve the main issue that had been causing my brother so much stress. I have worked with people my entire life. As a retired family therapist and behaviorist, I have learned to recognize when someone genuinely cares. Roxy is one of those people. She has a natural warmth and compassion that cannot be taught. I am truly thankful that I reached her today. She helped my brother, but she also gave me peace of mind. Knowing that someone listened and took action meant more to me than I can fully express. Only Care Home Health is very fortunate to have Roxy. Thank you, Roxy, for your kindness, your concern, and for helping my brother when he needed it. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Only Care Home Health a 1,000.

I have worked with Joyce at Sun Triune to schedule outcall physical therapists, wound care nurses,…read morepodiatrists and caregivers for both of my parents for several years now. When you are dealing with multiple medical and personal care needs for your aging parents, being able to contact one agency is so helpful. My mom lives in an assisted living facility, so having professionals visit her for appointments makes life easier for her, and me. I try to be there when she has appointments, especially the first time she meets anyone new, but knowing that she is in good hands even when I cannot be there is calming for me. My mom's favorite DPT is Todd. Todd is so patient and understanding with my mom. He finds a way to balance challenging her and being gentle with her, and he gives her totally feasible exercises to do in between his visits. Denise is a super sweet and patient nurse who has come to check a wound on my mom's leg three times a week for the past couple weeks. My mom is very sensitive & I have seen her be so gentle when she changes her bandages, asking if this hurts or if that hurts, and adjusting the new bandage until my mom is satisfied. She also takes pictures of the wound and reports to Joyce and me if she feels my mom's care needs to be escalated. Rosemarie just started coming to help my mom shower this week. Because she has a leg wound, Rosemarie covered the bandaged area securely with plastic before showering her. My mom is, again, very sensitive - so she hates when people are rough with her, or even has impatience in their touch. Rosemarie sat my mom in her shower chair, washed her hair & body, & put lotion on her skin. My mom is very picky about who touches her, but I could hear them giggling in the bathroom, and she had a big smile on her face after Rosemarie helped her get dressed afterwards. My mom has fought against allowing me to get someone to help her shower for months now, but thanks to Rosemarie's sweet & gentle ways, she is now very happy to have her help once a week. Rosemarie & Denise also coordinate their visit times so that my mom has a shower first, and then has the bandage on her leg changed, because they come on the same day. Which is again so helpful for me to know that they are coordinating with each other. Joyce also stays in touch with me, to explain when there are any issues that should be escalated to my mom's doctor. She also will reach out to the doctor's office and to the nurses at my mom's facility when she needs anything. I have worked with other home health care agencies, so I know the good from the bad. Sun Triune is an excellent one. I would recommend them for your loved one's care and your peace of mind.
