I didn't arrive with high expectations. Lia was my pharmacist, and she explained what my other pharmacy and my insurance company, by phone, had not. She made sure I had my script in a timely manner, and was prompt and pleasant throughout. Lia, Jenny, and the rest of your team, thank you for making this script fill painless as possible and making the odyssey of filling it (my insurance allows prescriptions everywhere but refills only at CVS, grrr) come to a quick end. But I don't let things go that easy and I have to say I'm happy I stuck with it because Within the last few months this store has turned itself around and has become very reliable for example I had surgery the other day and within a few minutes my medication was ready also when my son was at the walk-in his medication was ready as soon as we were leaving the door of the walk-in. I was very impressed by the CVS Pharmacy. The store itself is very clean and has a lot of stuff stocked in it especially for last minute Christmas gift and sweets and for everything else we go to CVS for. The staff is very nice and friendly the lines are not as long as it used to be at all I especially like the self checkout option. Also if you're not alerted to a prescription being filled they return it to the shelf but tell insurance they filled it, so when you try to fill it you have to go thru insurance company to allow it to be filled.
