The automated phone prescription service is the worst I have ever seen. It worked fine before they "fixed it. Now it is a frustating , time consuming experience and does not even confirm when a submitted prescription will be ready. I expect more from a pharmacy whose prices are higher than everyone else. I'm switching pharmacies, first chance I get. read more

Pharmacy says prescription is ready you get there and it's not done and you have to wait at least 20 minutes for them to fill. Also if you're not alerted to a prescription being filled they return it to the shelf but tell insurance they filled it, so when you try to fill it you have to go thru insurance company to allow it to be filled. read more

If you really like waiting on the phone in order to find out the status of your prescription, you'll LOVE this place. 3 days in a row, all at different times thinking I could slip in and get help, alas, to no avail. The shortest time was 45 minutes (the other 2 the phone disconnected at 1 hour) Then they told me the script was available and after getting there, they didn't have it. The pharmacy delivers to a record number of people, I am sure. They offer vaccines, COVID-19 shots, and urgent care by appointment only. You can call and leave your number, and the pharmacist will call you back within an hour for advice, and they are fantastic at this. The store has expanded to include medical equipment, light grocery items, gift ideas, and cosmetics. ONE THING about cosmetics in any pharmacy. You'll find TALC in the ingredients in about every pressed powder item. TALC is a known carcinogen. Yes, you heard that right, associated with cancer. Talc is mined from the earth as a stone and is found adjacent to ASBESTOS, a known cancer-causing agent. These two stones are pulled out of the earth with big machines, grinding the gravel, which becomes intermixed with TALC. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to separate the two. When asbestos is in your house, the excavators come in hazmat suits, sealing doors and windows, and anything that came in direct contact with it MUST be pulled out and discarded as a controlled substance. And you ladies have been patting this under your eyes and around your face. Asbestos cannot be separated from the Talc in pressed powders, loose powders, lipsticks, eyeshadow, eyebrow powders, and eyebrow pens. No man would accept this and buy it. We women have to get smart. Look up your products at home on the website Environmental Work Group, ewg.com, under cosmetics. Read your labels. Ulta is a better source for cosmetics and is conveniently located inside JCPenney. By the way, CVS and other pharmacies say cosmetics can be returned, BUT NOT IF YOU TRIED THEM, so there is no advantage to buying in a pharmacy. So go to Ulta. They have better products, good prices, TESTERS, and a shop attendant who will cater to your every whim to match your correct colors. Lets stand up for eachother ladies. Happy shopping. read more

I can't believe how badly this pharmacy is run. I feel like I'm living in a third world country. I've stayed with this pharmacy for way too long, because of the convenience factor (24 hour, etc.) . But I'm OUT. I would love the months I spent waiting in line back. The pharmacists are decent and some of the techs are good. But I believe that many of the techs are clueless. AND, the upper management has the most messed up system. Texts are sent saying a script is ready when they aren't. I only find out after waiting in line 30 minutes to an hour. This has happened repeatedly. No one has an answer as to why it's so screwed up. I've even given feedback, when they requested it, about the problems, and nothing changes. A few times I've had to be really tough with a technician, who got my order wrong, and every single time they will call the manager and the manager fixes the situation. Like I said, many of the techs are horrible. The result is long lines and lots of frustration and time. The last straw was when a tech was so clueless and so unable to help people that I was in line for almost an hour. People were honking behind me. More than one car. Finally when I got to the front of the drive through line, I thought I would be over and out of there with my script. However, he had a problem figuring out my order and another 30 minutes went by. He sent over a pharmacist who came to the window who told me to pull over and she would have my order ready in a few minutes. I pulled over as I was turning around the car I started getting harassed and sworn at by people in one of the vehicles behind me who had been honking their horns previously. I felt harassed and scared, being called awful vulgar names by a bunch of low life men who were frustrated at the wait. They were taking it out on me. It's not my fault I had to wait 30 minutes. Nor was it my fault it took me 1 hour to get to the front of the line. This place is a disaster and I'm searching for a new pharmacy, something I wished I had done a long time ago. We need our small pharmacies back. Places like CVS are becoming a nightmare. Not good. I don't even like CVS any longer in general and am rooting for it to fail. Upper management should have handled this YEARS ago, but I think they only care about profits. My fault is staying with them for this long. If anyone can recommend a small quality pharmacy, that would be wonderful. Or a supermarket/larger store that has a quality pharmacy. Thank you. read more

Generally this pharmacy is prompt with their service however at times their wait can be a bit much. Being a 24 hour drive-thru pharmacy is the best positive and will always outweigh any negative situation here. The pharmacist typically make time to answer additional questions and help as needed. read more

a male employee there needs to treat people like people, I understand you clearly hate your job but it's your job. If you don't like it quit. Went to print pictures out and accidentally chose "print in seconds" and didn't realize the instant printer was down. I can't believe this place has 2 and a half stars. DO NOT go here unless you want to be in line for hours just for them to tell you that your prescription is not ready at the promised time ( and won't be ready for another hour). We have complained to corporate to no avail. I guess the city needs more than one 24hr pharmacy, but they could at least hire more employees in the mean time. read more

The service in the minuteclinic was great, very helpful. The annoying part was having an overweight security guard watching and following you all over the store. He was following my friend and I all over the store while we looked around and as we were making purchases. It was very uncomfortable and ruined the experience of a first time going to that CVS. This happened on 2/23/19, I suggest managers or anyone to speak to this security guard, show him how to be subtle or at least ask to see the receipt if hes so keen on making sure someone isn't shoplifting. read more

4/20/17- I like this cvs. It's a 24hr pharmacy which is essential to third shift employees. The employee are always helpful, the story is always clean. 4/30/17 The lady who waited on me was very pleasant, but her coworker was embarrassing rude to other customers and should be ashamed of herself. read more

I have been using this Cvs for years now. It is convenient for me and is open 24 hours. There has never been a problem with prescriptions when I had them filled. Even when there is a waiting list of other scripts, it hasn't been much longer than 1/2 an hour for me to pick them up. I've usually did a little shopping while I wait. The aisles are usually neat and stocked well unless it is a popular sale item. However the associates are always happy to give you a rain check. The sales are pretty decent but the regular prices are a little higher than grocery or regular retail stores. The convenience and friendly employees are what keeps me coming back. read more

I like this CVS bc I'm always getting coupons and the sales are generally really good! Customer Service is also pretty great here and the stores always organized & clean. They also have a bathroom for customers! I'd recommend this place again and again! read more

Best CVS around. Came here for prescriptions, greetings cards, food, and everyday accessories from hand creams to band aids. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Only complaint I have is that I went to fill a prescription there and they called me and asked if a partial was okay because they didn't have enough. I told them I was okay with it until I picked it up. The medicine was to be taken twice a day and I was only given three pills. If the partial couldn't be completed in 1 day, I was stuck with nothing for the 3rd day. When they asked me if I was okay with the partial, I assumed it would be 2 days to half of the prescription. If I knew this ahead of time, I could have gone to another CVS. With good luck the rest of the prescription was ready the next day and I had a happy ending. Parking lot is a nightmare. There are plenty of spots, but it is insanely difficult to get in and out of. It would make more sense if they just connect it with the new plaza next door. Store is very clean. Prices are a tiny bit high, but this is most likely due to it being right off of the highway. Keep an eye out for sales. read more

Not happy with the drive thru pharmacy. Was at least an hour since the Rx was called in. It wasn't ready-Amoxicillin . Asked for small syringes- they had none. Handed me a large one as well as the 2 bottles- didn't put any of it in a bag. Got home and one bottle was sticky and had gotten on papers in my purse! read more

This review has been a long time coming. The people in the pharmacy don't know how to properly give good customer service. Yesterday my doctor called in a prescription for me, which I needed desperately. I waited for a text message letting me know it was filled but I never got it and unfortunately, fell asleep. This morning I called them to find out what is taking so long and first, they hung up on me once, and twice they put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. I am not being rude, or condescending to them. I am trying to be as nice as possible and trying to find out where the ball was dropped and how we can get this completed. They told me that it was filled yesterday (I didn't get the phone call or a text message that it was filled until I was actually on the phone with them about this.). When I mentioned that the message came through while I was currently on the phone with them they said it was because the system is slow and I should call corporate. It is clear that they are clearly understaffed and frankly, incompetent and don't understand time management or professionalism. I am so annoyed. In the end, I had them transfer the prescription to another pharmacy because I just don't have the time or patience to deal with these kids who don't take their job seriously, or understand the importance on how someone may need an important medication. I will never use this pharmacy again if I don't have to. I would rather drive somewhere else than have to go here. read more

One of the better CVS in the area, partially because of the recent remodel job a few years ago. The store is typically always clean and the coupons that print out (while a waste of paper) are always great. I recently got married so the one star deduction is because I used CVS photo to print out pictures to use as our centerpiece and had to come back to this location 3 times in one day. The first time my photos didn't print at all, the second time my photos were coming in with an error message. The manager on duty at the time was really rude about the whole thing. I had sent them the night before so I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know they didn't print when obviously my name was still on the board. He acted like it wasn't his problem. The food is more expensive than a normal grocery store in the area but super convenient for one stop shopping which is what I like. Overall, I continue to shop here. I must say, I also had to deduct another star because I recently went through the drive through pharmacy for convenience since I had just gotten out of the hospital earlier that day and I had two teenagers in the car with me. Well, needless to say they lost my insurance card and I'm not sure why they even needed it in the first place because I've been using them for years and they had my most up to date card. I went through the bank style lane which is the tube that shoots upward. The girl pharmacist did not put my insurance card on the clip board and just sent it over. Therefore, it fell through the cylinder and into the bottom. She assured me that she would put in a work order for it since I was going to see a new physician the very next day and would need it and that I would have it in time for my appointment. That didn't happen, I waited three days and then called them back highly annoyed and then found out the work order to retrieve my card was never even put through! It was a very disappointing moment for me especially with someone's important information just sitting at the bottom of the cylinder. Beware when going through the drive through. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. No other way to describe it. It's a good thing it's a 24 hr. Pharmacy because you'll need that much time while you're there to pick up a prescription. I have a auto refill for my allergies, got a text saying it was ready so I went to pick up. Was told at the window that they're out of stock and it'll be a few days til it's ready lol. So I waited in line to be told my prescription that was ready was not in stock. Dopes. read more

I realize that this pharmacy is quite busy all the time with it being opened 24 hrs and its proximity to the hospitals. I have been going here for 14 years. I know to expect lines. The last time I was there (before today) I waited approximately 30 minutes to get my prescription ... the line was quite long. (BTW...you may want to have the aisle where the line forms not be feminine products on one side and intimacy items on the other side). I found part of the long delay was due to those who dropped off their Rx ... when it was filled, could hop to the front of the line. So what good is it to be on auto refill? Today, I stopped after church...yeah...no one was in line. I thought I had it made. WRONG! The young girl behind the counter was gathering up some Rxs that were just filled. I had set my keys down on the counter...she never turned around. After gathering up all the Rxs and turning around...she saw me and never made a comment. She proceeded with putting all the Rxs away and left me standing there. I waited a bit and then left. The customer service has been going down hill...considering changing to another pharmacy.
