I wish a could give this location a negative star. The location is near my house so I go there often to pick up the basics for the house. The associates are not pleasant at all, the one who is her name is Maria. She's always willing to help, but she's the only one. At first I thought she was the manager because of her eagerness to always lend a helping hand, but it turns out to be that's she's not the manager. The manager turns out to be this close to 40 year old woman who's always with her cleavage all out craving attention. She calls everyone, "Love" for no apparent reason. Being a woman I find this extremely awkward and annoying. I try to avoid her at all cost when I do shop there. She's extremely rude to customers and has zero patience. If you ever ask for help from her she acts like it's hurting her to do so. Shop there if you have absolutely no other choice. Don't use the bathrooms either, they never clean them. I went in to use the bathroom with my daughter and found feces and blood on the bathroom stall. I told The manager about the issue and she said that an associate would clean it up. I came back a few days later to find that the mess was still there. I don't know what's going on here, but I'll stick to CVS from now on or Walgreens. read more

So I absolutely love this rite aid. It has been my pharmacy for over 20 yrs, and for as long as I can remember Denise has been there to help me in any way possible. There was a time they didn't open the pharmacy on time and I was very upset, they called me at home to apologize. Denise keeps her word about when things will be ready, and any of the pharmacists who are there are always helpful as are all of the techs. Once you get to know Denise, she is extremely funny. This location is almost always busy, people often come in who don't speak English well or at all, and don't understand instructions on what to take or what the doctor said, etc. and I see people being so helpful and patient with each and every customer. I am sorry some people have bad experiences here, I will never go anywhere else. Not to mention as a gold status member I always get 20 percent off the store and they have great sales constantly. aside from it being understaffed and ghetto, the single worst thing about the woodman location is: the pharmacy. ive been in there 6 times, at least and they are the most not wanting to help you people that exist. they told me they ran out of klonopin and would have to special order it. excuse me, dr., are you a junkie??? what the hell kind of pharmacy runs out of the most common medication there is?? the woman is really, really rude, and the dr...well, you may have trouble getting past the woman to the man, who seemed unconcerned as well. i have walked out in disgust every time, because if i dont, ill bash her skull against the fucking counter until i see brain. so, its smarter to just leave. read more

I went to this Rite Aid today for the first time only because it was across the street from my dentist and I needed to get my antibiotics ASAP. I dropped off my prescription and the lady said it would be 30 minutes. GREAT! I walked around the store eating ice cream for 25 minutes before going to take a seat next to the pharmacy to wait the rest of the time quoted. I saw the two pharmacists help person after person, trying to clear out the line of people there to drop off. I waited another 15 minutes before going up to the pick up counter (I didn't want to have to wait standing up more than I needed to since I was in a lot of pain), when the lady comes up to help me she sees me and says, "SHOOT! Give me a few more minutes!", like she had forgotten all about me. Slightly annoyed I turned back around and sat in the chair I had just come from. I waited another 15 minutes, which I thought was generous, watching them help another 5 people at least, before going back up to the counter. The guy comes to help me this time, asking for my DOB. He punches it into the computer and then tells me there is no prescription for me. WHAT??? I tell him I dropped it off today with the other lady who was working. She tells him that it's still sitting there waiting to be counted. He turns to me and says, "Oh I'm working on it, it will be 20 minutes." Are you kidding me? 20 MORE minutes? I tell him I've already been waiting for nearly an hour and now it's going to take another 20 minutes to count out 20 pills? I'm pissed at this point. I go back to my chair and start downloading the yelp app. I'm going to post one of those reviews that start off with, "I'd give them no stars if that was an option," or "I'm only giving them 1 star because zero isn't an option" LOL but the service in the back of the store wasn't great so the app wasn't downloading. Anyways, fast forward 10 more minutes, I head up to the counter. The lady tells me she has it ready now and calls for the guy to give me a "consultation." I'm paying with my ATM card and I keep sliding it but it's not working, finally she tells me to put the chip side into the bottom, OK so I do. Then the guy comes up for this phony "consultation" where he just reads the side of the bottle, literally tells me to take 1 pill 4 times per day, as if I couldn't read that myself! Feel free to leave out the important stuff like if I'm able to drink while taking this medication etc! All while this is happening, the lady who is ringing me up (my ATM card is still inserted into the machine) starts pressing buttons on the payment screen, confirming if I'm the patient, and a few other consents that I was unable to catch since I was listening to this guy reading the pill bottle to me. In my opinion, nobody except me should ever be touching the customer payment screen except me - especially when 1) my ATM card is inserted, 2) you're giving my consent as a patient, removing all of their company liability, 3) I'm trying to pay attention to the guy reading the prescription bottle to me!! I would only suggest going to this pharmacy if you have some time to kill and want to deal with a couple of idiots who have no sense of customer service or time management. Or...want to get some ice cream while you wait. Otherwise, don't bother! read more

The best part about Rite Aid is that they still have Thrifty's Ice Cream there. The checkout ladies are nice and efficient. I can hardly find the stuff I want there nor at prices I think reasonable. Walgreens will eventually destroy Rite Aid. But, in the mean time, their ice cream is still an excellent value! Mint Chip, Pecan Praline, Cookies & Cream, etc. read more

I was very disappointed with their service today(cashier). I'm usually very careful when reading the coupons before using them. When it came to paying, 6 of my coupons would not scan because according to the cashier either I did not have those products (which I did!), or the coupons were fake or that I needed to use a prepaid card. What! She proceeded to ask me where I got my coupons from and if I had bothered to even read them. I was LIVID! I have been shopping at Rite Aid for so many years and this has never happened before. read more

Well here we are in the 21st Century discussing an 1899 era run Drug Store. This store has to be Rite Aid's Local Store Franchisees poster child to ask for more money. It is poorly kept, stock is iffy, and staff is leaned down to the bone. I was in there earlier and needed to use the restroom prior to shopping. As we have read there are some bad employees in the Pharmacy area and that is where the restroom keys are kept. I asked the lady where the restrooms were. She said go around that corner and through the white doors. Yep I did it and hit the wall with no cyber lock code available to disarm the door. A pharmacy clerk answered so finally we managed to get it together. It appears that they want to drive out their core customer base. Seriously, avoid this store unless it is a 4 alarm emergency. They are Dis-Functional, Dis-Respectful and Dis-trustful. Stay away if you can. You'll thank me. read more

I've always loved shopping at Rite aid . Never had any issues before however that came to a sudden change when I came to this location. As I walked in there was a lady who was cashiering and told me I was not allowed to shop in her store with a bag . I asked her if she can elaborate and she raised her voice and pointed next to her leave your BAG! Here! Whoa. I said ok sorry no worries. Okay I'll give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she's had a bad day. I go ahead and head to the cosmetics area and i start looking for a specific item . I love reading the label and usually take my time but after a few minutes I start to feel like someone is watching me . Sure enough I looked to my right and noticed that same lady that had me put my bag up front and a male wearing a hat. Looking at me and pointing in my direction. I honestly was feeling uncomfortable with the way she was treating me. I finally had enough and walk to the front and asked to speak to the store manager. Well what do you know it's that same lady that was rude. I asked her about her management procedures because she's not providing excellent service and she's providing poor service she replied with "love your more than welcome to shop elsewhere " wow thanks Angela for your service.
