( I cannot drive right now I'm that sick) my car is a clown car for my bf. They have 4 people why do all have to take a break at the same time? Tried out the online ordering and selected the option to have my order delivered. Ordering was easy, everything in my order was correct. My order was.delivered right on time and the delivery associate was very polite and helpful. Weis hit it out of the park with this one. From the beginning, she felt they were very prejudicial about it, even saying "the insurance needed preauthorization" for a medication she had been taking for over a dozen years. When she called to ask what the issue was, they ran it again and it was just fine. Today, they called to say they couldn't fill the medication because the prescriber wasn't in the immediate area and they could only fill those from the immediate area. Mind you, they've filled it several times but they just "couldn't believe it hadn't been flagged before". It's from less than 3 hours away and insurance is perfectly fine-filled perfectly on time. Then it was a "Good luck finding another pharmacy!" This has been a terrible experience for my wife, who had been so happy to have the ease of a hometown pharmacy. I would suggest you avoid this pharmacy if you aren't a local or have a medication they may not agree with (Even if they don't know why you take it or your health history). It often concerns me that pharmacists have the power to make medical decisions that should be between a patient and their physician. I understand abuse of medications happens, but utilizing common sense happens, as well.

And the GIANT pharmacists are great. We returned to CVS after Rite Aid closed. And are having the same exact difficulties with this CVS pharmacy that caused us to leave them 13 years ago. Seems the problems are deeply ingrained into this company. Advice- do not fill scripts at this pharmacy. Go to GIANT instead.
