Staff seems kind but the pharmacists and managers are rude and highly uncooperative and uncaring. We desperately needed a medication after visiting emergency room on Friday and they had it in stock but the pharmacist was not allowing it to be filled due to the way prescription was filled by the emergency room doctor (something with e-signature) and we now have to wait till Tuesday to get another version of same medication that can be filled with the original prescription (??) but they didn't have that one in stock (of course). Just stay away if you can....

I've been to many a Walgreens and they are right, this one is perhaps the slowest of all the ones I have been to. To their credit, I only saw one person working at the pharmacy counter but they definitely could have used another. The line was about 8 people long and it was moving at a snails pace. During my highschool days of working at CVS, we would call for backup to open up a second register when the line got beyond 5 people. Now I know that is a different company and I wasn't in the pharmacy department but perhaps they could adopt a similar strategy. I can't complain too much because the item that I needed to purchase was on sale (about $15 normally but on sale for about $10+tax with the Walgreens card). I needed to pick up some Primatene tablets, which I use for my asthma from time to time. It helps break up any congestion I have in my chest and also minimize my wheezing during the winter. I'm not that likes to take medication but this stuff does help me personally. It's interesting that you have to show your ID to purchase it and that they had you the product from behind the counter, but I do understand at the active ingredient Ephedrine has been known to be abused. I believe they record your ID to make sure you're not buying it in unusual amounts, which is fine by me. Aside from the line, the customer service was polite enough and the store was similar to most other walgreens I've entered. Perhaps some better music aside from the elevator music would be nice but hey, what do you expect. (Disclaimer: My opinion and personal experience is not medical advice. But what I witnessed this morning was one of the most disrespectful and disgusting displays of customer service in employee's I have ever witnessed. A lady who works for me came in to purchase my husband's lotto then she was going to purchase a few things she needed. After she used the ATM machine she played his numbers. While she was trying to pay for the lotto, the employee with the glasses started accusing her of stealing. She did not steal or take anything she had grabbed a couple air fresheners before she played lotto but she realized she didn't have enough so she put them back. She told the employee that was so rude and nasty with her. She emptied her pockets and still he kept accusing her. He had her lotto and her money so she stood there being accused of stealing being spoken to like she was trash and being embarrassed in front of other customers. She told them u have cameras look at them I didn't steal anything. She wasn't able to leave until a woman came from the back office and told her employee to let me go. No apologies no nothing. We have a stone and Manson company and my family will never ever step foot in this 7-Eleven again and neither will our customers as of now any of our customers will get $250.00 off any job, purchase, and an email will go out to all my contractors, clients, anyone we do bissness with and trust me you just lost a lot of customers. She is one of the most honest employees we have ever had. From what I just heard this wasn't the first time this 7-Eleven has treated customer's like this. Service is relatively fast. I got a hot apple cider was perfect. Also, picked up a peanut butter protein shake with a shot of expresso. The coffee was a bit pricey but I have to get back to you on taste. Go check them out.
