1 Star Colorism Discrimination at This Rite Aid on 9th Street in Lebanon, PA? It took me a while to write this as many situations occured in 2020 that still affects us now. I really liked this Rite Aid at first. My favorite section is the Pharmacy because they seem to be the nicest people on the store. Sadly, that is it. I really hoped something like ruined my welcoming here. I had to learn this as an employee named Matt at around Saturday, December 12, 2020 be unprofessional to her on TWO separate occasions. He has been nice to me, but not to her and it really seems to be colorsim (aka color discrimination. ) My mother is so sweet that it pains me to see this. She just lost her mother and a best friends and a sister-in-law she was close with in the same year, yet she kept her cool. . She would ask him questions on the merchadise on sales and wouldn't answer, until I asked without him even looking at her. He even bummrushed my mother off the line when there was barely anyone behimd her, atleast on the second day he misbehaved towards my mom. Being nice to me, doesn't excuse this behavior. I called the manager and got connected to "Lauren." We didnt get to meet and nothing seemed to happen even after I got to report this incident. I got to talk to her and agreed we would meet up for dialogue. It didnt happen. So much went on that day. My mom finally went to that store for essential and spoke to "LINDA." After all this time of being kind to her even when she acts like she don't wish to work there, LIED to my mom. She told her she don't know this guy's name, yet she is a manager!? Wth!? Luckily the Pharmary revealed it was MATT. I spoke to Linda over the phone and agreed to give my mom's number for him to apologize. He never did, yet he still has a job cause my mom requested for him not to lose his jeopardy cause she has compassion for others. My mom deserves better than that and MATT needs to be FIRED! At one time, I thought it was the front store clerks that were rude and racist, but it is also those who work in the pharmacy. You guys really need to get it together. read more

This store is always clean, well stocked and well lit! Every employee at the register always greets every customer with a friendly hello! It's location allows for easy access and plentiful parking. read more

I've found the customer service of the pharmacy staff here to be abysmal. I won't go here again. If you can walk or drive just a bit further to any of the other pharmacies in the area, save yourself the grief and stress of dealing with these people and do it! read more

if you want to have problems everytime you go for a prescription this is the place for you. my s/o started a very important med a few months ago that gets replaced frequently. every single time we go in here there seems to be problems. for reference he sent in his prescription early so they would have it done on the day he needed it "2 weeks early" and he went in today to them telling him that they can't give him the meds because "they don't have it in stock" and he has to wait 2 days for very important medication he takes everyday BECAUSE THEY DIDNT ORDER ENOUGH OF THE MEDS. 2 weeks early and they still can't even do their job properly. i would give 0 stars if i could. switching pharmacies for sure read more

This location has friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacists. They have always had everything ready when promised and answer all my questions. A few years ago they even got my prescription, that had mistakenly been called into another pharmacy, transferred so I didn't have to drive all over the place when I wasn't feeling well. read more

If you want bad customer service and wait for prescriptions that were supposed to be ready "yesterday", then this is the pharmacy for you! Also, they have had outdated milk and juices too! Lived in the same block as this store and I would drive to CVS for my prescriptions and avoid this place! read more

My last trip the pharmacy was great. Hardly had to wait and I walked in with the prescription. Everyone was great. Would have given a "5" but I'm averaging all my trips there. read more

My favorite pharmacy! Bev is one of the sweetest and most helpful people. She always had a smile, is patient, kind, and had a beautiful spirit. I know when I come here my order is always correct, on time and the pick up window is always open! Love it! read more
