As I got to the desk there was a lady in a black shirt, appeared to be the store manager that was talking on the phone gossiping with a friend about some man. Waited maybe a minute or two until she acknowledged me asking "can I help you" I said yes I'm here to pick up photos. Before I finished my sentence she abruptly stated "you can get in line". Cashier was great, manager could use an attitude correction.

This review is for the pharmacy…read more I scheduled an updated COVID vaccine appointment for 5:15 pm.  Maybe it's still relatively new as none of the CVS' near my house had the vaccine available.  I had to drive 3 times longer in distance to get to this particular location.  I got there early at 5:05 pm.  I saw a sign at the door saying the pharmacy closes at 5 pm today.  I was perplexed but didn't think it applied to me because I just received both email and text confirmations as recent as an hour ago.   When I got to the pharmacy counter, the metal curtains were already halfway down.  I was about to announce myself but was quickly cut off.  "The pharmacy is closed, " a pharmacist shouted.  I went, "but I have a 5:15 appointment for the vaccine."  She replied, "you will have to come back tomorrow."  "But I received confirmation..."  I was again cut off.  "We're closed today at 5 pm".  Every time I opened my mouth, I was cut off.  As a result, I was dismissed without even finding out why I had to waste this trip. First, I felt played by this particular pharmacy; the confirmations turned out to be a joke. I also wasn't properly placated as a customer who duly showed up for his appointment and did nothing wrong, but ended up leaving the place confused and angry.  I'm glad this location is far away, as I will never want to come back.

I asked for that at Sam's Club and the pharmacist laughed and said, "you'll never be able to keep them together. " I consistently find that the smaller stand alone pharmacies are the best, and I love to support. it's a benefit to work with Good Day Pharmacy and their staff. I get feeling upset at having familiar face help you to having a few strangers helping you. The customers I observed while I was here though, all seemed very pleased. The service I received was friendly, courteous, and fast. I hope everyone who wrote negative reviews comes back to give this store another chance. The only negatives I have, or that Google maps and Apple Maps places the store location across the street at the Arby's, which has nothing to do with the store itself and that the bathrooms were less than satisfactory in my opinion. A note for future customers, though the pharmacy closes at seven every evening, and due to the loss of business, they are closed on the weekends. Everything else was top notch.

My first phone call to Rite Aid I had asked if they administer tb shots, they said no but we can order it. Ok, please order it for me. I made an appointment a day later, arrived for my shot and was told they're too busy. Come back tomorrow. Ok, I come back a day later and I'm told very rudely that there is no tb shot. Go somewhere else. I wasted three days trying to get this shot when they could have saved me a lot of grief if anyone knew what was going on. In the end I went to urgent care for the shot! What a waste of time! And so rude to customers!!!!
