I really liked this Rite Aid at first. My favorite section is the Pharmacy because they seem to be the nicest people on the store. Sadly, that is it. I really hoped something like ruined my welcoming here. I had to learn this as an employee named Matt at around Saturday, December 12, 2020 be unprofessional to her on TWO separate occasions. He has been nice to me, but not to her and it really seems to be colorsim (aka color discrimination. ) My mother is so sweet that it pains me to see this. She just lost her mother and a best friends and a sister-in-law she was close with in the same year, yet she kept her cool. . She would ask him questions on the merchadise on sales and wouldn't answer, until I asked without him even looking at her. He even bummrushed my mother off the line when there was barely anyone behimd her, atleast on the second day he misbehaved towards my mom. Being nice to me, doesn't excuse this behavior. I called the manager and got connected to "Lauren." We didnt get to meet and nothing seemed to happen even after I got to report this incident. I got to talk to her and agreed we would meet up for dialogue. It didnt happen. So much went on that day. My mom finally went to that store for essential and spoke to "LINDA." After all this time of being kind to her even when she acts like she don't wish to work there, LIED to my mom. She told her she don't know this guy's name, yet she is a manager!? Wth!? Luckily the Pharmary revealed it was MATT. I spoke to Linda over the phone and agreed to give my mom's number for him to apologize. He never did, yet he still has a job cause my mom requested for him not to lose his jeopardy cause she has compassion for others. My mom deserves better than that and MATT needs to be FIRED! The only thing positive here is the Pharmacy.

I came into the store today and signed the clipboard and took a seat...as the sign instructed…read more There was a young lady on the phone working with another client and a man waiting on another customer who needed to come back for an appointment in an hour. I sat down close to this man.. They both saw me sitting there. Neither one checked the clipboard. They both went about their business until another older lady came in...I was sitting there about 20 minutes wondering if perhaps they were ignoring me because it was lunchtime. I didn't see a sign telling me they were closed over lunch. The man looked away from the computer screen and asked if he could help the lady who came in for a rubber tip for her cane. She never even signed the clipboard. At that point I got out of the seat and asked if they could take care of me first - as I had been sitting there for more than 20 minutes. I am 74 years old...I still work. I went to the store on Saturday and it was closed. I was at work Monday before the store opened until after it closed so I couldn't get there until today...Tuesday. I work in an office...if I had a customer sit for 20+ minutes without even acknowledging they are there....I would be told about it. I kept me cool until I left but it took me hours to get over this inconsiderate encounter in your store. I was going to wait to replenish my bi-pap supplies until the new machine arrived but the strap on the headgear tore on Friday night. I did my best with a needle and thread but it is a little too snug now and I can't adjust it because it is sewn. After all of that...the script submitted by my doctor, I am told, didn't have the individual supplies listed and the doctor's office could not fax a script over to get what I need even though when I met with the tech there he lead me to believe I would be contacted when the new machine arrived and would be able to get everything for the machine. This entire experience was so, so, unacceptable. I should be receiving an apology.

This is one of the dirtiest and worst organized Walmart Superstores I've ever shopped in. The deli…read morecounter is severely understaffed. Often times the folks who work there are in the back of the store either trying to complete tasks or hiding and no one is at the counter. I've also waited as long as ten minutes to have someone notice me at the counter when the staff is there and can see me. They continue with their tasks at hand and when they have time, they wait on the counter customers. The store shelves are often a jumbled mess with items knocked over or hiding in places they don't belong. The shelves are sometimes poorly stocked. Don't get me started on the filthy conditions at the self checkout area. The checkout counters really should be cleaner. The dirt I see doesn't bother me as much as the germs I can't see. I surmise this is due to lack of staff to be able to take care of these extra tasks. Understand, I'm not entirely blaming the staff for these conditions. This place is packed on weekends and during the week, perhaps staffing is cut back even more. Either way, the store is poorly managed. I noticed these problems before and thought, this is just the 'Walmart' way of doing things but never realized how bad this particular store was until I had an opportunity to visit a few other Walmart Super Centers outside of the area. Overall, if conditions are this dirty and disorganized out front, I can't imagine how bad conditions are in the storage areas and behind the door of the deli counter. I'm glad we are soon moving to another area. This place just happens to be very close to where we currently live. One kudos, though. The bakery and produce sections are mostly well maintained.
