I am thankful for such great people at our Hamburg Weis Pharmacy. I will conlude by saying that Amy Breidigan, Front Desk Manager is just wonderful. Always helpful and with a smile on her face. Worse, we keep getting inaccurate timelines from the pharmacy, forcing us to drive over multiple times just to be told it still isn't ready. The first prescription was an antibiotic, the second was migraine medication (and now my wife has a migraine without medication). I understand if you can't get medicine, but at least attempt to give us accurate timelines. Both times we were told to come back at a specific date/time only for it not to be ready - twice. Never again.

Never theirs. We're currently waiting 32 minutes for a simple prescription; but, yeah, nothing is ever than simple when you have noncommunicative, combatative employees. Maybe Rite Aid has better customer service? I honestly don't know why we still go here.

I never have to wait long for my prescriptions and even if I have to wait there is so much to do on the Avenue that it isn't a big deal. I love the fact that they offer free delivery if needed. This is especially useful for the elderly and home bound. A service that only a local business can provide. With that being said , you have to visit the store. Whether it is for medicine or a greeting card, when you walk in you'll see it is a lot more. I love the unique items for sale, from wine bottle holders, to Grumpy Cat magnets, This is a great place to find a unique gift. Well, what can I say about this location? This is your typical location that you can tell wasn't…read moreinitially a Rite Aid. My thought here is that this was a Thrift Drug since you usually found them in a strip mall. Rite Aid swept in, gave it a makeover, and slapped their name on it. Even though the inside of this was newly remodeled it still had that feel that it is underutilized. You get that feeling because of the lack of items available on the shelves and in the coolers. I browsed for a bit, picked up a few items, and made my way to the counter. There was a minimal wait until a staff member who was performing two jobs in one came to the counter to ring me out.
