Dr. Schlecter, Ivy and Kimberly informed me of what the surgery would consist of, the healing expectations and payment requirements. The expectations and how I would heal are dependent on too many variables, every person will heal differently. At no time was I made to feel like a "number." In the event I was not listening or forgot most of the conversation in my excitement of getting the procedure scheduled, Ivy and Kimberly sent me home with copies of everything we discussed for future reference.
