I have had several procedures done and I am extremely happy with the results. Did I heal exactly as I thought, no. Did we have some bumps along the way, yes. Everyone heals differently but my expectations and what they could do for me were explained during the consultations and follow-up appointments. Dr. Schlecter, Ivy and Kimberly informed me of what the surgery would consist of, the healing expectations and payment requirements. The expectations and how I would heal are dependent on too many variables, every person will heal differently. At no time was I made to feel like a "number." Dr. Schlecter, Ivy and Kimberly were very thorough in explaining the procedures to ensure I understood. In the event I was not listening or forgot most of the conversation in my excitement of getting the procedure scheduled, Ivy and Kimberly sent me home with copies of everything we discussed for future reference. This included the procedure, at home instructions for optimal healing and the cost. The entire staff at Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery are very warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Schlecter has always put my primary care and happiness above any monetary value. I would not look any further than Dr. Schlecter and his team at Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery. Dr. Schlechter artistically sculpted my nose just the way I had envisioned. I literally have no pain today. A win-win ! Since this has been my first surgical procedure, I was a bit nervous regarding the anesthesia, however , Mike, the anesthesiologist was comforting and set my fears to rest. It all went smoothly, I drifted off sleep and woke up when it was all over. The nurses were amazing too.. Kimberly, the coordinator walked me through the whole process from the start. I paid for the liposuction, and it did absolutely nothing and when I kept making a fuse about my problem and they agreed to fix my dog ears next thing I know they mailed me a certified letter basically kicking me out the office. Yes, did I make a big fuse absolutely because I paid for things to get done right and how they treated my case was not medically proper nor did they care about what they did to me they just wanted more money instead of fixing the mistake that occurred during the original surgery. Be aware of this place they are all about money and do not look for the best interest of the patients. Also, I asked for my files and received them just for them to falsify documentation saying I was happy with my results when for day one I complained to the doctor, then Stephanie, and finally Louise just to be kicked out as a patient instead of them fixing the issue when I paid for services that they failed to fix. Best advice to not go here because they just want your money.
