On several occasion I purchased outdated canned and dairy goods. In a world of Wegmans,Whole foods ,Trader Joe's ,Giant this place is a total shame. The community deserves better than this poor excuse of a supermarket. We start the day praying to the supermarket gods to grant Oley a "Giant" miracle. A note to management take your rude ,stale staff on a field trip to Giant and learn a thing or two or three or four. STOP KEEPING OUTDATED PRODUCTS ON STORE SHELVES.

It was a Saturday and the pharmacy was the only place that could do it for me. They charged me 5 dollars for 5 copies, I vowed that I would never go there again. Fast forward 6 years later honeybrook pharmacy closed and Ben the pharmacist is working there I was told so I would go there as Ben was exceptionally good at his job.after my wife and I went to our doctors we had all our scripts sent there.we called on Tuesday afternoon and spoke to someone who sounded like they were halfdead.waited forever on hold and finally found our scripts. I asked them to order the meds and I would be in the following day to pick them up. But they wouldn't order them until I gave them all my insurance info. Unfortunately I couldn't find it right then but didn't want another day to pass without ordering the meds, Between my wife and myself we spend around 5 thousand dollars on meds yearly and that doesn't count what my insurance pays. Needless to say one phone call to the pharmacy we are currently using and the meds were ordered and I had them the next day. I also found out that Ben doesn't work there anymore. My point is I tried to keep my business local and instead of just ordering the meds and worrying about insurance info later they refused to do anything. That is the second and last time you will turn me away I will frequent other pharmacy and spend my money there it's a wonder that you are still in business you lost thousands of dollars by turning me away YOUR LOSS

The selection is good throughout the store, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had questions. Shelves are well stocked with a neat and clean ambiance. On thing that sets Redner's apart is that they are about 48% owned by current and former employees. That says to me that they are very community oriented. Another reason we like Redner's is that they are a regional chain serving our community with good prices and products, not a large national chain simply harvesting profits here in southeastern PA.
