Melissa Schlenker, who I believe is the Head Pharmacist, does such an outstanding job of going the extra mile for each and every customer. She has the patience of a saint and is outstanding in every way. Her assistant, Kelly, is excellent as well. She knows her job and does it so well. I am thankful for such great people at our Hamburg Weis Pharmacy. I will conlude by saying that Amy Breidigan, Front Desk Manager is just wonderful. Always helpful and with a smile on her face. These 3 gals are at the top of anyone's list. Professionalism at Its Finest!!!

Ok, so this little town has a WEIS MARKET that has more in it than our stores in Frederick, MD…read more Extremely clean, organized and a deli that carries everything. Wait there's more, employees actually know where items are in the store. The selection of Dietz and Watson was excellent and the lady actually knew how to slice the meat. The produce selection was in perfect condition and yep..... had everything nicely stocked. I would highly recommend shopping at this WEIS.

This used to be our favorite pharmacy. Now the last two orders we've had there have taken multiple…read moredays to get filled. Worse, we keep getting inaccurate timelines from the pharmacy, forcing us to drive over multiple times just to be told it still isn't ready. The first prescription was an antibiotic, the second was migraine medication (and now my wife has a migraine without medication). I understand if you can't get medicine, but at least attempt to give us accurate timelines. Both times we were told to come back at a specific date/time only for it not to be ready - twice. Never again.

Many of the workers-- ironically, usually the ones who work with the walk-up consumers-- have a "I…read morenever do anything wrong-- you're obviously the one with the problem" mindset. We are currently waiting on a prescription that they were supposed to get clarity from the doctor but didn't. When the doctor called to clarify-- because they wouldn't call-- they wouldn't answer the phone. The doctor called multiple times without them answering. But, of course, it's everyone else's fault. Never theirs. We're currently waiting 32 minutes for a simple prescription; but, yeah, nothing is ever than simple when you have noncommunicative, combatative employees. Maybe Rite Aid has better customer service? I honestly don't know why we still go here.

Every employee here is AMAZING!. If there's an issue with your script it's not the "its your problem" like the chain pharmacies, they actually will take the time to help sort it out. This is how pharmacies should be, small town, personal service with kindness and compassion. You are NOT a number here. This little shop is more then a pharmacy also, there is an array of everything here from typically pharmacy stuff to local candies, American made gifts and even a jewelry counter, its the most adorable little shop! Always a home town feel, this is family owned and it shows. The owner is always there working side by side and although I've never dealt with him, its apparent he cares about his business. Joel has been such an incredible help over the years, in fact i followed him here from his previous pharmacy, he's that amazing. if there's an issue, he will let me know and help me sort it. He's always incredibly kind, super knowledgeable and always professional, I'm so grateful for all you've done to help me. Courtney is always a pleasure, always upbeat and will always take time to answer your question, she's a wealth of knowledge this one and an effervescent personality i love. There is no shortage of good Ole small town love here. I PROMISE you, once you see the difference a small pharmacy makes, you will never go back to poor service, over priced products and pharmacists that don't know their ars from a hole in the ground at the chain pharmacies.

I cannot believe how bad this pharmacy is. I don't know if…read morethese people are dealing with an extremely messed up app or what but I just spent 2 HOURS inside of this pharmacy trying to get prescriptions filled that were CALLED IN AT TEN A.M. After calling this place for SEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT I was forced to have to go inside. Once inside I realized they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Because I hear the announcement that there are phone calls for the pharmacy that are all ignored. But I honestly blame the app because the woman who had to help me was completely fed up long long before I finally made it to be waited on! The app had given me 8 profiles since I had been trying to find my prescriptions! I honestly don't even know where to begin. All I can say is that NO ONE WHO NEEDS PSYCH MEDS SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO GET THEM ONCE THEY ENTER THE DAMN PHARMACY!!!
