I held off reviewing this store and glad I did. They've been open just about one year, and in about…read morethe first half of that year I was often disappointed with my visits. Empty shelves, expired products, understaffed. But there's been a turnaround. Last few times I've been in, there's plenty of fresh dairy products, along with all the other goodies you expect at a good 7-11; more workers on site, displaying cheerful attitude and good training. Store feels clean and comfortable. My only beef now really is they are always running out of scratch off tickets! Private parking lot makes it a super easy stop but be careful if you're exiting on Westbury Blvd. Traffic is nuts!

I went into the Bolla Market at the gas station to purchase beer. The sale sign displayed $16.99…read more The the beer scanned $17.99. I told the salesperson that the sign was for $16.99. He walked back to the showcase and came back and told me that the sign said $17.99. I do not like when somebody tries to make me look like a liar so I walked back to the showcase myself and I tried to pull the sign that said $16.99 and he hurries up running behind me going no no no that's an old sign, that's an old sign. So I asked him, "well it's not my fault that you have an old sign there can you please honor the old sign because it's not my fault that an old sign was still there". He tells me no no no I will lose my job I will lose my job. I can't do it. This was my first visit to the store and it will be my last visit to that particular store. It may be just a dollar but that is not the principle. I feel that the gentleman could have honored that $1 mistake just to keep that customer happy and also bring the mistake to the manager of the store. I work for a large retail department store at any time that there is a misprint or the incorrect signage is displayed that is our job as associates to correct that mistake to keep the customer happy and also bring it to the managers attention so that they are aware of the problem that is displayed on the selling floor.
