Thanks to fellow Yelp Elite friend Ray N for introducing me to this cafe! I never would have known about this place had he not suggested to go! Thanks also to owner Jin and his staff for the warm & friendly hospitality. This cafe is so modern & welcoming; with a homey feel! We met and chatted with a few fellow customers while we were there. (Shout-out to Justin, Christine and little cutie Miles!) What a pleasure to be there! The Early Bird Cafe is small but don't let the size fool you. They have an array of offerings: - Coffees/Lattes (hot & cold) - Teas (hot & cold) - Milk Teas - Fruit Slushies - Fruit & Yogurt Smoothies - A nice variety of pastries (ask them th heat it up for extra goodness!) - A unique menu of hot foods (see my menu photos). They offer an array of Chiabatta Sandwiches as well as regular sandwiches and Croissant sandwiches; all with tasty fresh ingredients. On this 1st visit, I had: - Hot Cafe Latte ($5.25): This hot & flavorful latte really hit the spot! It was served in a nice ceramic mug which somehow made it taste even better. lol - Fried Egg Sandwich with a side of potato chips ($10.95): It usually comes with 2 fried eggs but we added an extra egg. It also came with arugula, tomatoes, melted Swiss cheese, with a delicious garlic aioli sauce; all on a fresh Chiabatta roll. This egg sandwich was plentiful and stacked with such fresh ingredients! It was delicious and so satisfying. I could only finish half, and took the other half to go. I ate the other half about 4 hours later and it held up pretty well; still fresh & delicious! Recommended! Their food menu has so many great choices! I look forward to a return visit to try their other menus items, as well as their other coffee items! Like I mentioned, this is definitely a hidden Gem! Recommended!!

The warm lighting makes it not only a nice place to do work but also just to chat with friends over a nice warm tea! I see why this place is beloved by the community of all ages! They also had a great honeycomb pastry! Nice and warm! Honey and cream cheesey bite! Strawberry matcha too was great. They have a pink bottom and topped with matcha and it was delicious!

I was super excited to visit Humble Cafe as I had been seeing it on social media for months…read more They have a menu that has a lot of Asian, particularly Southeast Asian influences and flavors. They also carry pastries from other local bakers and small businesses. I wanted to grab a butter mochi square, but unfortunately they were out of the mochi squares and cookies that day. They were also out of the black sesame cream, which was a bummer because my top choice was the black sesame latte. I chose to get the ube matcha latte instead. I'm not sure if I just caught them on an off day, but the whole experience was a little chaotic. First, as I was standing for the barista to take my order, she tried to give me someone else's drink. It took her a while to make my drink because she had to whisk up the matcha (honestly amazing effort as I was not expecting ceremonial-level prep). As I was walking away drinking my matcha latte, I realized that my drink was made with oat milk and not almond milk as I had requested. (I don't have an allergy but my body sometimes has trouble processing the oat and all the sugar.) The drink was still tasty, the ube syrup was very sweet and different from what you could get at other coffee shops. The matcha flavor was a little lost as a result, but it was still delicious. I hope I could swing by and give the place another try.

Sure there are some great deli's, diners and cafe spots but at No Rush Cafe, you never feel like your present is detracting from business. If you want to taste your matcha or coffee, definitely request less sugar, much less. I didn't eat the pastries but my family said the chocolate croissant was flaky with good quality chocolate. My favorite combo was the hot matcha latte and croissant during the winter time. The matcha was so creamy with a strong and sweet matcha taste, and the croissant was unexpectedly top tier.
