If I could give this NO STARS I would. We went in to get some iced coffee, they had a deal for $1.25 for any size. They don't have iced coffee. We ask if they can honor it with regular coffee. The man working says "No no no no no no it doesn't work that way" over and over again. So my husband goes tog at regular coffee. I was heating up my lunch in the microwave. As we are about to finish up, the man again talks to me and says "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? No outside food allowed" (which I do understand) and proceeds to aggressively wag his finger at me saying "no no no no no more. Not here." I walked out. My job brings me to lots of 7-Eleven's, this one's pretty good. The store is usually nice and clean when I patronized them in the early morning. The shelves were nice and clean and their coffee was already made fresh in many varieties. I decided to pair my coffee with the $0.50 glazed donut ( special) that I know is fresh and just came in. I happen to know that 7-Eleven gets its deliveries every night from a big truck. Old outdated merchandise is thrown away and new product is stocked. Every date is checked by midnight This 7-Eleven has a good location right before you get on the Meadowbrook and Northern State highways. I work at a few 7-Eleven from Montauk to NYC as security, I know a bit about what goes on behind their scenes. The commitment to Quality freshness and courtesy is what brings me back. This place is terrible! they accept some manufacturer coupons but refuse others. Do they lose money on coupons or something? Isn't a manufacturer coupon reimbursed by the manufacturer? I've already submitted a complaint online and still no change. I'll stick to Walgreens or CVS less than a mile away for better prices and treatment. And continue getting my coffee at either dunkin or starbucks nearby where it tastes better and they have soy/almond/coconut milk. read more

Place is a decent 7-11. It's clean and new to the area. The selection is pretty typical. Picked up two cans of monster for $4 which is ok and a fruit cup for $2.99 which is insane but it's the cost of convince. read more

I would give this place a 0... So my bf and I stopped in at the 7-11 on old country road in Westbury to grab a beer and some candy. So a Hispanic man walks in first and grabs 2 cases of beers, and I grabbed 1 can. So the Hispanic man proceeds to the register puts his 2 cases on the counter pays and leaves. Now it's my turn and as I walked up places my items on the counter he decided that his phone text was more important than ringing me up first. So he checked his phone first, as he then finished and he began to ring me up I was asked to show my ID before I could buy my stuff and I said wait a minute why didn't you ID the man that was just in front of me with his beers. The man at the counter then says to me "oh I was just summoned For selling beer to an underage person before so I just want to ask." Me looking at him like sir what ? Because in my mind if you were summoned now I would expect you to ID any and everyone because that's legally what you're supposed to do. So my boyfriend and I are just really trying to understand the logic behind him trying to justify why he didn't ID the Hispanic man but ID's me. So then the guy ringing me up say this which completely took us for a loop. He says the reason he ID'd me and not the Hispanic guy was because I was a WOMAN!!!! We both looked at him and said excuse me what do you mean you ID me because I am a woman, he just began tripping over himself because we were really just baffled. so upon a finishing my payment completely shocked my bf walks out first and as I'm about to grab the bags another man comes from the back who must've been a manager or another associate. The guy was trying to give me lame excuses from the nonsense his prior coworker was telling us. He then says to me he didn't ID the Hispanic man because he was a "regular" and that he didn't know me. So because he's a "regular" you didn't ID him which I'm sure was just a BULLSHIT lie just to cover us calling them out. Like what?? And they preceded to say it was because I was a woman that's why he asked. What was crazy also was when my bf tried to call him out for not IDing the man prior to me he tried to act dumb like he did and when my bf stated that he stood there and watched the whole thing then he went into the whole excuse of me being a woman and blah blah.. fucking insane... Discrimination at its finest yet these business are still running.
