Empty shelves, expired products, understaffed. But there's been a turnaround. Last few times I've been in, there's plenty of fresh dairy products, along with all the other goodies you expect at a good 7-11; more workers on site, displaying cheerful attitude and good training. Store feels clean and comfortable. My only beef now really is they are always running out of scratch off tickets! Private parking lot makes it a super easy stop but be careful if you're exiting on Westbury Blvd. Traffic is nuts!

Ill never fathom why people run businesses around people they are uncomfortable around. I bought…read moretwo drinks and the total came out to 4.17 . I gave the cashier 10.25. He gave me 6 dollars and short me .08 cents. Now I'm specifically am a stickler about this location, bc they are constantly rude to customers . So I believe if you are rude you should be on point with how you return change. I told the cashier that he short me .08 cents as i packed my cash back. He responded " no ma'am, i short myself *** you can go. " I started to laugh and said" 4.17 out of 10.25 is 6.08" He said "no" and then caught himself and fake apologized. I told him to keep the change as i shook my head out the store. The damage was already done. These are the individuals that run businesses in places around people they do not respect or like. Id suggest going to walgreens or walmart, i rather give my money to them if thats the game being played with bad math.

Lately it seems to take forever to fill your tank; the gas is flowing very very slowly. Other customers are experiencing the same. It's great that the convenience store is always open but you can't get anything smaller than a half gallon of milk. Cashiers are slow and distracted and many speak poor English. The car wash is also a crappy experience. My husband has a card that gets cash back at participating Exxons which is the only reason we come here.

I went into the Bolla Market at the gas station to purchase beer. The sale sign displayed $16.99…read more The the beer scanned $17.99. I told the salesperson that the sign was for $16.99. He walked back to the showcase and came back and told me that the sign said $17.99. I do not like when somebody tries to make me look like a liar so I walked back to the showcase myself and I tried to pull the sign that said $16.99 and he hurries up running behind me going no no no that's an old sign, that's an old sign. So I asked him, "well it's not my fault that you have an old sign there can you please honor the old sign because it's not my fault that an old sign was still there". He tells me no no no I will lose my job I will lose my job. I can't do it. This was my first visit to the store and it will be my last visit to that particular store. It may be just a dollar but that is not the principle. I feel that the gentleman could have honored that $1 mistake just to keep that customer happy and also bring the mistake to the manager of the store. I work for a large retail department store at any time that there is a misprint or the incorrect signage is displayed that is our job as associates to correct that mistake to keep the customer happy and also bring it to the managers attention so that they are aware of the problem that is displayed on the selling floor.

Now even if she's just kidding which from what I saw it didn't look like she was, she needs to stop begging customers for gifts. She work's there she gets paid abd that should be the end of it. Even if she's friendly with regular customers that come there all the time it doesn't give her the right. When I saw it this last time last week ( I just didn't have the time to post about it) It rubbed me the wrong way, enough is nought. I don't want her to get in trouble but she needs to be reprimanded about begging customers for gifts. Just ring people up and keep it moving. She is very good at that and she needs to stick with just that.
