It was just too tough. In my opinion, their apples are old and most likely in the freezer for more than a year because when you squeeze them, they're on the soft side and wrinkly. grapes are soft. They're often out of broccoli, with no exception when you buy a basket of strawberries buried in the center are moldy ones. I bought shredded chicken that was expensive but when I got home underneath the very thin top layer of shredded chicken were tough chunks. If I wanted to shred my own, I would've bought chicken and shredded them and wouldn't have paid high price for what they called shredded chicken, but it was not shredded chicken. I've often seen old expired food. And besides all that you pay more at Hannaford than you do it any of the other grocery stores in the area. Hannaford is the worst.
