Was looking for a Covid test, as I was walked into CVS I asked the cashier where the Covid test were as I needed two. His name was Manuel, and he said I have them here behind the counter. He then told me they have the CVS brand or they had the another brand that only came with one test while the CVS came with two test per package. I have been using this location for several years. They offer a delivery service. CONSIDER THIS A PSA: Do not use this service if your intending to actually get and take the medicine. Last weekend I submitted a refill upon notice that it was ready I processed the request for the med to be delivered via USPS as of today that med and subsequent 2 following are still sitting there waiting to be picked up! The woman at the pharmacy blamed the mailman because he doesn't check in with them everyday. Yeah I know! So needless to say... my efforts to reduce my footprint and not drive in this heat. Was an EPIC FAILURE! The pharmacist asked me today if I want to have her mail it today umm NO! I need to have them starting tomorrow. I asked about courier they don't have one on weekends... of course not! Moral of the story: Don't offer a service of which cannot be accomplished!!! Finally after the 3 rd time of getting the same rude young lady and the same answer once again I have decided to transfer my meds back to CVS. I still don't understand why they have that little flyer on the window that says if u need any thing extra feel free to ask for them. So when I did ask for something I was told that only applies to what it says here on the flyer. I was picking up my meds right after taking a covid test down the street and simply asked if it would be ok to get cough drops because I was not feeling well. And the young girl said no and told me I had to go inside. Lol lol so I left and went to CVS to pick up other meds for myself that were sent there thru my work. When I asked the young lady there, She was really polite and said sure, give me a minute Ang I'll get them!!! That's all I needed as an excuse to change my meds from Rite aid to CVS. The pharmacy has horrible customer service. I called to check on my sons inhaler and when the lady answered she was rude and told me to hold...Well after 20 mins of holding the line disconnected. I have tried to call back 4 times with no answer. If she would have told me they were busy and asked me to call back I would have. Working in a pharmacy can be stressful, but that is no excuse for poor service!!! read more

This place is beyond ridiculous Long story short- don't use this pharmacy!! I think this is now my 3rd time having my prescription under filled and by a lot this time. I filled my prescription last month went to use it today and I had 30 of 120 (I physically counted something their pharm tech can't do apparently) So I called and just like always they NEVER answer their phone I called 3 times waited 5 minutes each time then I ended up calling the store and was placed on hold 10 minutes hung up called again I told the lady I was on hold 10 minutes and she said she was going to figure out why they are not answering, just a few minutes go by and someone picks up the phone from the pharmacy and I told her my issue this is my 3rd time not having the correct amount (I figured they were short on the meds and forgot to tell me?) I was given 30 I needed 120. She places me on hold to get some other lady comes and tells me to come down to fill and I said but I don't no if you guys even have it before I drive 20 minutes and she tells me again to come with the bottle and they'll look and I again said I'm not coming down if you can't tell me if you have it in stock or it's a waste of my time. She then puts me on hold, then the First Lady tells me that they are over in that prescription but not the 90 that I said and I caught on then that she thinks I'm up to something trying to work them for more pills? Lol okkk. So I said that's not my problem I only have 30 you owe me 90 and she tells me I can come get what they are over (she never told me the amount they had) and I said no I want my proper amount and told her that this again is the 3rd time and I had to wait to talk to someone for about 30 minutes and she starts to get mad about that and then starts telling me how short staffed they are and getting angry. We ended up at me having to call back the next day to talk to the pharmacy manager and that was it. I then proceeded to call the store again to talk to the manger on duty and told them the problem and he tells me there is nothing he can do and I get mad because like these Covid times it's nobody's fault or problem just pass it off to the next person. Anyways I apparently said a "bad word" probably that I was f***ing pissed about it and said he will hang up on me so I told him sorry you have lazy a** people that don't know how to count and hold him to hang up on me which he didn't and say he wasn't so I ended up giving him my name and number for again the pharmacy assistant to call me tomorrow I know we're in Covid times but the phone issue has always been an issue since going here 7-8 years ago and the improper counting is just not ok. Did call the customer service number and I just have to wait for someone to call me in the next 5 days but doesn't really help with me getting my prescription filled. But I'm definitely changing locations from now on. read more

ZERO STARS and Rite Aid should be reported to the CDC for the way they handled themselves after handling a COVID-19 testing vial of a customers. I asked Indra to please change her gloves after handling the vial and Disinfecting her workstation. I noticed she still had sweat on the top of her hands inside those gloves, which are a pain to change when your hands are sweaty, so I know she didn't change them. This is unacceptable disinfecting practice on Rite Aid's part and their employee. Also, they shouldn't be doing a carload of Covid-19 testing when you have a drive-through window and people waiting an hour to pick up their prescriptions. Rite Aid has become ridiculous in their practices and all they want is the money! Rite Aid needs to clean up their act soon!!! read more

Let me be specific when I say this 5 star rating is NOT for this location. This is for Judith, the only person who helped me over the phone in 48+ hours. The pharmacy never answers their phone, the store leaves me on hold for 10+ minutes... BUT Judith helped me in less than 2 minutes!! She was apologetic for things that weren't her fault, she was sincere and helped me by getting a manager to the phone immediately. I have to say that Judith is the BEST PART of this location! There are so many things I love about this place. First off, drive-thru pharmacy! Anything that encourages me to remain seated on my lazy ass gets a thumbs up! But I've fallen even more in love with the store inside. After 8 years of living in Antioch, stepping inside this Rite Aid now gives me a giddy kid-at-a-candy-shop feeling every time. I could spend hours here studying all the different brands of products they have (I'm the type that would take 5 minutes reading everything on the boxes before deciding between Qtips vs Rite Aid brand cotton swabs). I like how bright and organized the aisles on your left are (I don't frequent the aisles on the right too much). The clerks are always friendly (although some of the pharmacy chicks have given me unnecessary 'tude on a few occasions). And they have the best ice cream! I discovered Rite Aid ice cream back when they were Thrifty's and a scoop only cost 17 cents. Now they're something like a buck but they are huge scoops and beat the Baskin Robbins crap any day. Chocolate and pineapple coconut, you are my best buds. It's always so cozy in here to me, with the blinding white lights glaring down at you. Some people might feel that way about Barnes & Noble, but for me, it's this Rite Aid. Yes, that is kind of weird. read more

I live very close by and it is very convenient. I go to get some random things i need in a hurry. For example, sunscreen, hairbands, etc. the rite aid was very organized and you can bet that i will return. The staff was nice but they could have been better (reason for the 4 stars). I recommend to come here in a hurry or and emergency because they have a great variety of items. read more

I love you Rite Aid. I hate all the low class degenerates you have to chase out of your store or wade through to enter but all in all I love you. I resent having to put on my "straight out of Compton face" when I enter the store but YOU have the best sales on liquor and accompaniments AND when there is an event like V-Day or Easter you have the best last minutes deals for me and my last minute self. I hated it when you lost you liquor license and snubbed you on your other deals but now that you've got it back I am so all over you. Told, you I am a sell out! I had a really bad experience here just the other day. My husband and I went to try the drive through pharmacy to get my birth control prescription refilled. I had got the automated voicemail message from the store that my prescription is ready a few days before and we had been busy, but trying to get it in before I needed to start the next pack. When I got there, however, they told me that message was a glitch - my birth control wasn't just not ready - it had been discontinued. And so had any replacements. But for some reason they hadn't felt the need to inform me of this, even though they were aware of the glitch and I had called to refill my prescription over a week before the day I came in. I feel like that was plenty of time to notify me. I'm still waiting for them to fill my new prescription. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. I've had good service there for years, but I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere after this. I hate giving such negative reviews, but if this were a more critical medicine to my health, the consequences could be really bad. As is, I take the pill more for cramp/pain control that for protection, so it's caused quite an inconvenience. read more

Have been with them since late 2009 or early 2010. Service has been good, but they seem to have become understaffed. John Muir's Urgent Care ordered an antibiotic for me at around 11:30 today. I called about two hours later top see if it was ready, and the phone just rang. Tried again, and there was no answer. It seems that I will have to drive there, and return if the medication is not yet available. This is not right. I am diabetic, and need to start taking the antibiotic as soon as possible, and the least they could do is answer the phone. read more

Ridiculous ! Went to get allergy meds for my teen who has horrible allergies during spring to fall and normally we go to cvs or walmart and have no problems. Just happen to remember my teen ran out a few days ago as I was passing by. They swipe my drivers license as the other stores do and tell me I can't purchase them because the system says it's too soon for me to purchase again?...I've never purchased there before. I don't know what happened this location. The people in the pharmacy used to be warm friendly people who would do what they can to help you. But now the staff is very rude and dismissive, as if all the people who need their medicine are "bothering" them. Today, when the pharmacy could not help me one of the ladies told me to call a number that was outdated. When I told her so she just said to call it anyway as if she didn't hear a word I said. Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacist (Kato). I normally get all my prescriptions from Walgreens without any issue, but was forced to get one from here because it was out of stock. I am on a program with actual doctors that know what they are prescribing and why, but he was too ignorant to understand, and instead of listening to me trying to explain, he laughed in my face. Additionally, he said he would never refill a perception for me again there and in a very accusatory manner. I have NEVER had an issue with a pharmacist at Walgreens understanding my treatment plan. I am absolutely appalled that KATO is allowed to work there. I was in tears on my way home. He had no idea what I am dealing with and didn't want to hear it. Horrible human being. read more

My son had his 4 impacted wisdom teeth pulled and needed his pain meds filled. They said I had to wait at least 45 minutes because it is a narcotic. What does that have to do with anything? Asked to speak to a manager to see if I could get it rushed and was told they wouldn't be until 2 PM. I am a Therapy Dog owner... The Rite Aid store in Lone Tree has the worst costumer service that I have ever experienced, Rite Aid assistant practically kicked me out from the storebecause I entered with my therapy dog. I am a therapy dog owner and I normally enter to any store with my therapy dog, I explained to the Rite Aid assistant that this is not a regular dog, I explain my dog is a therapy dog and he was wearing his yellow vest. But sounded like he didn't care about people who need therapy dogs. I felt intimidated and humiliated the way he talked to me mentioning that they sell ice cream.. he looked that he just wanted to win the fight. I come with my dog to any place, restaurants, supermarkets, and my dog is very well trained and it is a legal therapy dog. I think Rite Aid Lone Tree needs to train their employees about therapy dogs, and how to talk with the costumer. I am very disappointed and I will never be in that store in my life, I am removing my registration pharmacy, and I will go to a nearby pharmacy that I never had any problems with my therapy dog. read more

today i decided to go purchase a few items, i saw parking lot of this rire aid only had a few cars in the parking lot, so i parked...entering the entrance, therecwete signs posted, concerning the virus etc...i went in..only 4 customers...i was looking for gloves, hand sanitizer,... i was at the rear of the store and heard continuousl coughing...i looked around...no custoners... it was an employee in the pharmacy...i lingered for 15 mins ...listening to this cough...at check out i mentioned this to the cashier... i got in my car, called corporate...they took my report, asked my name, contact number that the store manager will be calling me...within 45 minutes a person called me saying his name was kato from rite aid...i said ok...he said he is the one that was coughing that he has allergies and that his mask irritates his allergy...i stated, if so the pharmacy is no place for your coughing, but thank you for calling...i was expecting the manager...they gave my number to him to call...the person the complaint was on...they are not following health guidelines...they are the absolute worse...management had no business giving my ohone number to the employee...i was told a nanager, female manager would be calling me...they passed my phone number to the person the complaint was on...unbelievable...and still...it was not right, filling prescriptions and coughing read more

i bought a prepaid Xbox live gold membership card from here, i received my receipt without a bar code. When i got home, the card wasn't activated. I went back to the store to return it or see if one of the employees can activate it, they told me it was non refundable and i had to call the customer service number. I am absolutely shocked about the pharmacy department at this Rite Aid. First of all, I have been waiting for over a month for a prescription to be filled. I have called at least three times a week and have gone to the actual location to check and see if my prescription was ready. Every time I received the same response. "Your prescription is not ready. Come back in two-three days." Finally a month later of repeating this process. I asked my granddaughter to call them and help me figure out why. She is a little more stern. First off when she called she was on hold for an hour and a half..she kept getting passed from department to department (never the pharmacy department)...when she finally received the pharmacy department not only were they rude but they let her know the prescription was not ready. My granddaughter frustrated at this point asked "Why the hell not?" The pharmacist told her that we took to long to pick up the prescription and it's now expired! I WENT ALMOST EVERYDAY, TRYING PICKING UP THE PRESCRIPTION AND HE SAID IT EXPIRED BECAUSE I DIDN'T PICK IT UP ON TIME this RITE AID is A JOKE!!! read more
