I pulled into this station to get gas, because I really needed gas! But I saw something that was a little disturbing. Two store employees were smoking right near a gas pump. Now I know that experts say that the chance of gas vapor detonation is low from a lit cigarette. But doesn't that set a poor example? The reason why you don't smoke around gas pumps is to remove any chance, even the tiny chance, of a detonation or ignition. I personally, have never seen a fire at a gas station. read more

To: whom It may concern I've been coming to this gas station for years even before it was called circle k and last night was the worst experience I've ever had because there were to employees working and the door was closed so l waited at the window and they never acknowledged me so l pushed there button outside the window I explained to them that my gas light was on and that all l had was cash to pay for gas because I forgot my debit card the male employee started hitting the window very hard and l was confused so l snapped a photo of the employees and the other lady that was working began to laugh at me there was another customer outside with me that saw what was happening and offered to put gas in my car so l Reimbursed the person with the money that I had on me l told both workers that l would be back in the morning to make a complaint with the manager when l arrived today one of the same employees from last night was working l explained that I didn't appreciate the way l was treated and she covered her name tag and asked me for my information so that she could report me to the Antioch police department she said it was illegal for me to take a picture or video from last nights incident but the only reason l took a picture is because l was unable to get there names so l figured if l had a photo of them l could show their manager since l couldn't get a name however she told me the store manager was Ginni and that he was also the owner and would be in Tomorrow morning so I'll follow up however l hope no one else ever has to have this experience it's the weekend so I have to wait until Monday to make my complaint but this by far was a terrible experience for me last night. They do have a help wanted sign so maybe they are short handed and the employees believe they can misbehave and be unprofessional without supervision if you live in the area make sure you keep gas in your car during the day l hope no one ever has to have this experience the lady is very unprofessional and has no remorse for the way she and her co worker treated me hopefully when l speak to the manager things can be resolved if not l will never come to this gas station again read more

This Circle k has all the bells and whistles. It's really nice inside! Blue led lights above the drink areas. Great security cameras! I can see the 40 inch TV display that hangs above the line so the cashier can see everything. It makes me feel comfortable. They have gourmet coffee (remember I think 7-11 coffee is good)! Special menu that hangs to the left of the cashier. I wouldn't have recognized it but clerk pointed it out. The menu consists of chicken, taquitos, and hot dogs. Wide assortment of ice cream, nuts and beef jerky. They have the basic essentials for women and rock stars on the the counter for a quick pick me up. They're representing their own brand of potato chips. I purchased salt and malt vinegar. Good God those puppies are strong. I light weight burned my tongue from the salt! I guess i shouldn't of ate the entire bag! Oh well! They're open 24 hours and have a unisex bathroom outside. The shell gas station is still there. You have everything you need right on the corner! Went in for gas and a snack. Was greeted by Courtney after having a rough experience at the nearby competition gas station. This place was a breath of fresh air. She instantly had a smile from ear to ear making sure I was the first person I noticed as entering the store. Had great conversation, she showed me all the great flavors, cuts, and options of chicken from the Krispy krunchy chicken. I ended up leaving with a 32 pack of assorted chicken, a basket of wedges, and some scratchers that she helped me choose haha. Recommend stopping by this place to fill up. 0 Stars. I really tried to communicate with the attendant and he absolutely didn't understand a single word I was sayin. I tried extremely hard to articulate and speak in a loud volume to help the guy out. He was extremely rude and I think it had a lot to do with the language barrier. After trying to ask him a question about not being able to serve tap soda beverages he thought I was attacking him and then proceeded to not sell my chips and bottle soda, along with yell at me. read more

The Circle K has been a household name for me since I was a child. I was really excited to see there would be one soon near me once I saw construction begin! I noticed the store was opened for business finally but wasn't able to make it there during regular business. I work ungodly hours usually so on my way to work at 2am I noticed they were open and decided to stop for American Spirits. I pulled in near the door and quickly noticed handwritten signage on what looked like a brown paper bag taped to the door that said "Door closes at 11pm". So I went over to the window and made my request. The clerk inside pushed the metal drawer open and motioned for me to put my payment inside. I placed my visa debit card inside and he frowned and said "No cash?" I said apologetically no. He then grabbed a piece of paper and pen and advised me to write my PIN number down for him to enter on the machine inside. I asked if he could the run the card as credit instead. So he takes my card and rakes it through the card machine then points at the screen which displayed "waiting for pin entry" then starts to hand me the pen and paper again to write my pin down! I said "I'm not writing my pin down!" and told him to cancel the transaction all together. Worst experience EVER!!! read more
