"It's like a gas station married a grocery store (and got rid of the produce aisles)."…read more That was my overwhelming reaction as I entered this Power Market, a sprawling shop attached to a gas station that features aisles upon aisles and an entire walk-in refrigerated ROOM for beverages. An entire full-fledged room, y'all. I was struck by the size, the inventory, and the force of the frost emanating from that beverage blockade. I'm sure living nearby is nice and convenient, because they seem to boast a lot of fare standard gas stations just can't be expected to stock (probably due to a lack of space... This isn't the typical awkward shoebox of a space gas station clerks occupy.) In short, this is one BIG OL' gas station market.

I drove to the gas station I handed $100 bill to the attendant (a young Indian man) and he said "$50" and I turn I looked at him. I said, "no $100", and he held up a $50 bill and he look like a deer in headlights. I thought well maybe I had a $50 bill in my purse as well as the $100., and I pump my gas and I got in my car I took off, and I looked through my purse. Nope no $100 bill in there no other money no change from a previous experience if I had one which I didn't! be aware! of these guys! Crooks! I'm going to be making a police report as well. If it happens to you make sure you report them. (It's also located in a dirty part of town. there was a very rude woman who swiftly pulled up in front of me as I was waiting for the lady in front of me to pull away and she took up both pumps, leaving her poor teen daughter in the passenger seat, look at me as I glared back at her. A kind Mexican man on the other side of the pump saw what happened and he signalled me to take his pump. Very nice.) *the attendant should not be outside smoking at a gas station duhhhh
