The image shows a large, rectangular rug with a distressed, vintage-style pattern in shades of blue and beige, placed on a wooden floor. In the background, there are multiple rolls of rugs hanging vertically, showcasing various colors and patterns, indicating the setting is a rug store. The lighting highlights the texture and design of the rug on display.

Bought a beautiful rug from Rita Rugs. Shan the owner was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rug is very high quality and well priced. We did not feel any pressure We were very happy to give him our business.

Amazing customer service plus the perfect rug equals a great addition to the book room.

$700 8x11... let me take three rugs home to try in the space and I couldn't be happier with this one.

Like they need another five star rating. Shopping anywhere else, especially a chainstore, is stupid when this place exists. Prices range from $200 to over 5000, they worked with my price range (got a rug for 700). They let me take three rugs home to try in my condo and return the other two. They let me keep a rug for three days before I decided it didn't look right in my house and still let me return it. I could not be happier with my 8x11 area rug and the service provided. They ask where the rug was going in the house and helped me choose one that was right thickness and hardiness for the space.

    Bokhara Rug from Rita's

I had been meaning to stop into Rita's Oriental Rugs for some time now, as I've been in the market for an authentic Persian rug for the past few months. After scouring websites, I decided I was going to have to make an in person decision for such a lofty investment. Sticking to my motto of "buy right the first time, don't be sorry later," I decided online purchases, while appealing in price, could result in an overpriced knock off Persian rug and I wanted no part of that. So on my way to dinner in West Lakeview I finally popped into Rita's intending to only browse. That is until I fell in love at first sight with a Bokhara rug, in just the size and color scheme I was seeking - a little bigger than a standard 6x9, with rich burgundy/mahogany hues. Dileep saw my eyes light up, and broke the news to me that it was double the budget I had shared with him. So we continued on, flipping rug after rug, seeking something I loved just as much, but never quite getting me to that mushy, lovey feeling of the Bokhara. Because Rita's will deliver multiple rugs so their clients can see them in their space, I decided I would pick out three rugs, and in the end I included the Bokhara among those three (oh my word - what was i doing??!!?). Dileep and his colleague came last night, complete with three rugs and additional fourth Bokhara in a 5x7 size (I had mentioned needing to replace my kitchen rug as well, and knowing how much I love the Bokhara design, he thought one might work for the kitchen - now that's a salesman if I ever saw one!). It didn't take long for me to realize the heart wants what the heart wants. And my heart wanted the Bokhara from the moment I laid eyes on it. Dileep helped me roll up my original rug and even helped carry to my storage area outside my back door. As Kristen Wiig said in Bridesmaids - Help me. I'm poor. (but it was worth it) I will definitely be back when I'm ready to pull the trigger on a kitchen rug.

I was searching online for a rug for months and was really hesitant about not being able to see the quality in person, so decided to stop in here. We had a great experience at Rita Rugs - the owner was so helpful in helping us choose a rug. Pros: Rug quality, selection, price, and the best part is being able to try a rug at home and return it if you didn't like it. All these pros make it an easy choice to shop here! We ended up with a hand knotted rug from India and we love it.

We've returned 5 years later and bought our 3rd rug from Rita's Rugs. Shan is so trustworthy. I get a great feeling buying a rug from him. We've been so happy with our rugs, our first purchase was 7 years ago. The whole family, kids included, fell in love with this rug. It makes our home feel warm and cozy. It definitely elevates the look and feel of our home. We price compared with other stores and could see the price was right for this quality hand-knotted rug.

    Love my new rug!

We went to Rita Rugs this weekend, and had a great experience! Shan got us started by looking through all the different options, and after looking through many of his selections, we found quite a few that we really liked. He, Dileep, and one other guy (sorry forgot his name!) went through our "semi-finalist" rugs and they explained the quality differences, pricing differences, why some were better in certain areas than others, etc. Although, I liked some of the bamboo ones, they let me know it was easier to clean the wool rugs. As such, we looked for bamboo rugs in areas with less traffic and either a wool or wool/mix rug for areas like the dining room where there might be spills. Anyway, we finally narrowed it down to two possibilities for the dining room, one for the living room, one for the powder room, and one for the entry way. When we couldn't quite decide, Shan suggested that we bring them home and try them in our space. The next day, Dileep and his associate brought the rugs over and tried them out for us. What a help that was! It made it completely obvious that the living room rug was the "right" one. We actually really liked all of them - the only one that didn't quite work was the potential entry way rug - even though it was a beautiful rug, the color didn't quite match my décor. We sent that one back, and Dileep said he had some other ideas for that space. He came back the next day with four new rugs for the entry way. Again, all were nice, and one was perfect! So we ended up getting that rug as well. Overall, a very good experience - we really liked the rugs and thought the prices were fair - and very importantly, the customer service was the best! The store and people are wonderful - we would certainly go back. Thanks to everyone at Rita Rugs!

I went to Tribal Looms for advice and perspective remedies. The elderly man who seems to run the shop was honest. He stated that he most likely could not replicate the weave but could stop further damage. That was my goal. I agreed to the price and left my bag. I was told that it should be ready about a week after our evaluation and discussion. Approximately 3 days later I received a voicemail from a woman "concerning my bag". I called back (assuming it was regarding the fact that they couldn't repair my bag-- due to the timeline of the response.) The next day I received a message from the same woman urging me to pick up my bag because the work had been completed. I called for a week-- trying to arrange a pick-up time. We finally connected and met again in person. This appears to be a small, specialized, family business. Hours are general and vary upon workload or appointment. Upon arranging and picking up my bag, the work and craftsmanship was AMAZING. Although my expectation after our discussion was a basic stop gap (can't replicate the weave but can prevent further damage)-- he went above and beyond to replicate the pattern and prevent further harm. His craftsman shift was spectacular! I would FULLY give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the ambiguous hours and lack of response.

I was assisted by two men, who insisted that central Asian rugs were the most popular (perhaps so, if one isn't willing to spend $$$ on a Persian rug). However, I asked only to see their finest rugs (Persian Isfahan, Tabriz, or Qum origins), as all the rugs in my home are traditional/fine Persian rugs. After getting the run-around for 25min, the men finally conceded that they have mostly central Asian and Eastern rugs, which I did not wish for. If you're interested in Far Eastern rugs, this store has plenty. There were only two Persian rugs that they had to show: a 12' x 10' and a 14' runner, both too small and humdrum. Went to Isberian immediately after, and found a trove of fine and traditional Persian rugs for my home. While I didn't find what I was looking for at Caspian, they do have a vast variety of rugs at reasonable prices.
