I knew I was in the right office for my needs. I couldn't believe how much was accomplished in one visit. Dr Rohani and his staff are a perfect match for me.

Don't do it. I had a…read morevery frustrating experience with this office, both with the front desk and with Dr. Nguyen. The office manager was, at times, extremely rude over the phone. There were multiple scheduling errors, including one instance where she called me in a very abrasive tone insisting I was supposed to be in-office when my appointment was actually scheduled as telehealth. When I calmly explained this, she told me I was wrong. She later called back after realizing her mistake, but did not offer any apology for the way she spoke to me. On other visits, I could overhear her speaking harshly to other patients on the phone, which was honestly uncomfortable and unprofessional. As for Dr. Nguyen, appointments felt very rushed and impersonal. Visits were often only a few minutes long, and I didn't feel there was much effort to understand my symptoms or adjust my treatment thoughtfully. I was frequently interrupted or talked over, which made it difficult to fully explain what I was experiencing. The communication between the office and the pharmacy was a constant issue. I was left to deal with the pharmacy myself over and over again. On top of that, Nguyen threatened me when it came to my medication. I was repeatedly told I might not be prescribed my medication if I didn't pick it up "on time," even when delays were caused by pharmacy issues or my work schedule. At times my treatment was actually changed because of this, which completely threw things off for me. My final experience was the last straw. He called me nearly 30 minutes early for a telehealth visit while I was getting ready for work. When I said I'd call back at the SCHEDULED time, he told me telehealth would no longer be an option for me and I'd have to come into the office. When I explained that I live 30 minutes away and these visits are extremely short (less then 5 minutes), his response was "that's okay girl nice scenic drive for you" I switched doctors that same day after that and the difference is night and day. My current provider actually listens, communicates with the pharmacy properly, and treats me like a patient. Would not recommend this office.

She adjusted, yet kept me on my original medication that has worked for me for years. She made sure to check if I had any new health issues and asked me how my original medication was working. Although they were telemed visits, I was happy to take my blood pressure at the beginning of each call and show her the reading. Unfortunately, she is now leaving the practice but I'm getting ready to call right now to schedule with another provider in this practice. Sad not being able to see Jamie Alvarez anymore, but I have absolute faith that I will be given another A+ therapist/psychiatrist. I will always turn to Alliance for my mental health needs.

If you're even taking a moment to read this, considering Nahin to be your doctor, this is your guy…read more My wife and I have been with him for a couple years. I would follow him anywhere in the valley if he ever moved as long as our insurance still covered visits. I'm sure my wife has her own great things to say, but as for me, I can't say enough. He treats me like a human, and responds the way I wished my primary did my whole life. I'll start by saying that for the better part of ten years, I've had a really rare, un-curable illness. I've been through 3 primary doctor changes in that time due to moves throughout the country. Nahin is the first doctor to ever suggest both, natural and over the counter medicines to treat not just the symptoms, but the actual illness. I had done my own research over the years because there isn't much known about my illness. I had heard of a couple things, but not all. I later back-researched the names he told me and found plenty to back up his suggestions. I kept up with regular visits over the years and he took a personal interest in my progress. There are two non-narcotic, meds to treat the symptoms that I had to constantly ask for from previous docs, he gave me enough to last me through several bad episodes and refills to back it up. He was also the first to recognize that I needed a little higher dosage because I had gained some weight. I haven't felt the strain of running out at a bad time like I had in the past. Recently, which compelled me to write this, he responded above and beyond my expectations. I had an emergency with another medication and needed a quick response. I thought during covid times, getting in touch would be tough (based on my previous and current other docs)...But Nahin, responded to a message I sent through the patient portal within minutes, saying that it he handled it personally. I once again was impressed.

Himself and his staff, need to take a refresher course on medical coding, because they incorrectly coded what should have been a simple annual routine physical. Which is typically covered by health insurance as a preventative routine check up. So they refused to change the coding after the fact and after more than a week speaking to multiple staff members who do not keep accurate notes I'm done. I;m stuck paying for their mistakes.

I started seeing Jordan in October 2025. I expressed the potential of ADHD. I also had anxiety and…read moredepression and Jordan insisted that I treat those first before looking into an ADHD diagnosis. When I asked about the possibility of untreated/undiagnosed ADHD making my anxiety and depression worse, he agreed it could be a possibility but ultimately decided not to look into ADHD. He put me on some meds that unfortunately did not work for me and at the end of December I decided to go off of them and take a little break. Well, I ended up going to ADHD center of Las Vegas where I ultimately got diagnosed with ADHD. Not only that, but in my report it mentions that my anxiety and depression is most likely related to the fact that I had undiagnosed ADHD. Huh. Well, now that I had that diagnosis I called to see if we could now treat this. Doug (who is great) told me that Jordan wasn't looking to treat anybody with ADHD at the moment but would ask since I was already established. He called back and asked if I could send over the diagnosis report and they would get back to me. This felt super weird but I agreed. Then I got the call that they wouldn't be taking me back. I understand not wanting to treat ADHD, but asking for my diagnosis then ultimately telling me no felt weird personal and intentional. Very unfortunate but I felt the need to write this review to inform others of my experience.
