He's by far the most understanding physician I've ever seen. Dr Choi is also compassionate, responsive, caring, and very understanding. What makes this even more frustrating is that this office does not work with any insurance, so you are required to pay a very high fee upfront. For the amount being charged, I expected much better communication and follow-through. This lack of organization and responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important health matters. A good doctor alone is not enough when the office staff fails to support patients properly. I hope they improve their processes, because patients should not have to chase down essential information after paying so much out of pocket.
