He has been open to my input and what has worked with me in the past. He didn't get discouraged with me after several attempts at changing my medications around didn't work. He remembered me specifically, he didn't need to be in his computer to remember who I was. The communication with the office is seamless using their spruce app. I can ask questions on the app and they usually respond within the day, most of the time with in a couple hours.
