They usually take reservations only; but you can sometimes get lucky (like we did as a table for two) by waiting before they opened for a walk-in spot. We did have to get there before their official 6pm dinner time opening and wait 45 min to get a seating time on a weekday (a line was already forming prior to 6pm), but it was well worth it. (Plus it was nicely air conditioned! Which was rare in center city Rome)
Food wise, we got their zucchini soup, braised duck with plums, carbonara, and tiramisu. My husband really enjoyed the braised duck, and I ordered the carbonara, which was especially delicious -- it was a perfect pasta texture, nice and eggy, with small bits of crispy fried pork mixed in! It was so so good. I wish we could've tried more pastas here!! They looked so simple but tasted incredible.
Servers were also friendly and attentive!
